Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for as much as possible. Anywhere I would previously have used a keynote, I have transitioned to Miro. I also use Miro as an agenda tool for my triad meetings. I house in that board a running calendar of key gates and dates as well as daily agendas.
- Collaboration
- Presenting
- Meeting agenda
- One stop shop
- Integration with keynote, ability to import presentations
- More useful tool integrations
- A suped up Kanban chart feature with more abilities
- Improved collaboration
- Improved information finding
- Decreased need to update keynotes manually
Miro has had a large impact on my ability to collaborate on new projects across my team. Traditionally we would have built our product briefs using Keynote which means that file is a stagnate moment in time that is not a live document. Having Miro means that I now have a live document that is always up to date and allows me the ability to have side conversations with teammates within the board.
When it comes to the competition I can not say that I have had much interaction with miros direct competitors such as clickup but I can say that when it comes to competition with non direct competitors such as keynote, I can honestly say that miro is above and beyond anything keynote is capable of in terms of features

Evaluating Miro and Competitors
Yes - I would most likely say that the app miro most replaced for me would have to be apple keynote. I wanted to replace apple keynote due to the need for a more collaborative whitespace that I could use to collect ideas and also as a presentation tool that allows for collabkration
- Other
Due to working at Nike I was not required or forced to have to purchase miro on my own as I was not the purchaser or nor was I involved in the actual purchasing process. However I do think an important reason why miro was purchased was do to its vast collection of features and benefits
I honestly would not change a single thing when it comes to the choosing process of an app like miro as I am very happy with the program. I was not involved in the purchasing process so I have no feedback on how that process was conceptualized or implemented honestly
