Not as intuitive, integrations are more complicated. Payroll integration is more difficult to track, usage of time cards doesn’t seem to transfer accurately. I am not sure about their customer service as we did not get that far utilizing this program. Not sure how to set up and agents would work.

Overall Paycom customer service has been pretty great. However, we have a new representative or dedicated specialist that has not been as good as what we have had previously. It is a pity that they have to assign a new specialist to our organization. We were pretty happy with who we

I’m the set up of contracts. Even though paycom does not have a function to distribute contracts, our rep was able to help us with a work around to create PDF documents and assign to employees as a contract. We are able to send, sing and receive contracts via employee self service.
As an administrator we have been able to use paycom to easily track and manage attendance, payroll, pto requests, fmla and other options.
Employees have been able to request, submit and track their own attendance, approve their time cards, request time off and use fmla when needed. As well as signing documents and acknowledge information shared.
