Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use it for payroll and employee data management. As well as expense management. We are a small non-profit, so our resources are limited, especially personnel and HR expertise. Paycom provides us that extra employee and expertise that we need to get important HR items taken care of in a quick and efficient way. They also help ensure we are compliant in some important areas like COBRA and various HR laws as they pass. I love having all my HR files stored in one area and knowing they're secure. It's also nice given our Hybrid work environment now. I can work from anywhere and access all my employee data and info.

Paycom seems to be more robust than Paylocity and offers more of the features we need and could use. Paychex Flex didn't offer all the areas we were looking for and doesn't have the features we want. We were looking for a system that could perform well in several areas of HR, to provide a one-stop shop for our employees and HR department. While these other systems have many features, we felt like Paycom had the best presentation of these other features.

Support and Self-Service
Yes. We use Paycom to streamline our application process and job postings. We also use it for employee data management. We use it for Payroll and expenses, to keep all items in one place. The PAF system is great for updating payroll. Benefits administration is great for collaborating with all areas of the employee experience and showing a total rewards concept.
Our implementation was easy and we had a great specialist for it. We've had various customer service reps, some have been great about getting back to us and ensuring we understand the system. With some recent issues, they did respond and quickly re-assigned us another CRR. They also have good help guides, webinars and manuals to really learn the system.
It's nice for managers to be able to approve time off and expenses easily. They can also access employee data and information easily. This prevents our HR team from having to get that information to supervisors. Employees can also access the directory, which is nice to prevent the need for distributing that information in other ways.
