Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is a payroll service. We use it for on-boarding, time and attendance, payroll, benefit enrollment, and tax filings. I use it daily to verify information. I do not do daily imput.

- salesperson should give a time estimate on different steps in the information gathering and training process.
- if reading needs to be done prior to a training session it needs to be provided at least a day prior to the session.
- seasonal business - During the summer it definitely saves time.
- more employee involvement. The employees know what their direct deposit will be and have approved it two days before pay day.
- getting new employees used to going paperless. Some employees have little experience with technology.
It has been a long time since we used ADP. At the time we felt ADP was to big a company. If you had an issue, you could not get to your customer service representative to get the problem fixed.
