Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Our company uses Intacct for almost all accounting needs. Our use of the program ranges from creating and emailing invoices, A/P, and journal entries. Having most of our accounting needs met with a single program has made our job simpler. However, the biggest issue we have had with the program is overall system slowness. The offline job queue can get backed up with thousands of jobs during the month, which can result in jobs we attempt to process offline failing due to timing out. Contacting customer support will not result in an immediate solution if it requires their engineering team to look into the issue; we have had support cases remain outstanding for months. Overall, Sage Intacct meets our company's basic needs, but system slowness can occur with more modules added.
- Easy to use
- All inclusive
- Makes invoicing simple
- System slowness
- Customer support response time
- Printed doc templates can be frustrating to create
- Saves time on invoicing
- Wastes time having to deal with system slowness
The automation of journal entries being posted to the general ledger has been very helpful, especially in regard to the journal entries involved in the invoicing and receiving payment process.
