Within our organization, we use SAP Success Factors as the core foundation for our HR Application, which includes various modules from the suite—EC, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Learning, Talent, etc. SAP SF is the core foundation for HR Data and processes, along with its extension capability to improve colleague experience and simplify HR processes, enabling our colleagues to focus on their daily work and not get stuck in an HR process.
- Bring together multiple HR processes and data points into one foundation platform.
- Connects to the broader enterprise-wide SAP application to easily bring together HR, finance, and payroll, etc, into one data architecture
- Provides a great UX for colleagues.
- A more complete offering on careers sites to allow candidates to use CV and AI, etc, to find the best jobs for them and provide recruiters with open source info.
- Broaden out Onboarding 2.0 to allow more intelligent offerings around equipment ordering and a better day-one experience for new joiners.
- Saving hours of managers' time to do self-service tasks quickly and focus on day-to-day jobs.
- Reduce the HR Stack by 30+ application.
- Reducing integrations and total cost of ownership by using standard integrations.
