Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors within our organisation as our primary HR People system, incorporating people management, job architecture, staff profiles and some of the learning and development function. By having SAP we aim to ensure we have a single strategic portal for staff use, much needed for a large global organisation.
  • Staff profiles
  • Onboarding, including mandatory learning
  • Basic LMS package doesnt provide an engaging user experience
  • Metrics/analytics function in the LMS is difficult to navigate or provide all data required.
  • Skills assessment linking to recommended learning and project opportunities, although this is in development.
  • Increase in employee survey satisfaction scores through clear goal setting and talent management process
  • Improved HR experience through clearer, faster portal
Looking to ensure SAP integrates with existing our sharepoint and Microsoft architecture in place, particularly when using AI.

From SAP HR Connect forum I can clearly see how a number of advancements/applications available will greatly enhance the user and manager experience of SAP. Personally I would like to see our current learning app developed further, with something like WorkSpace and BLEND, to provide a more advanced and engaging LXP, aligned to roles and skills with better reporting/analytics.
