Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors's HR Core, Comp, LMS, EC Payroll, and Careers On a journey of re-implementation across multiple international markets
  • Adaptability for functionality and Busineess Rules
  • High level of configurability
  • LMS administration is cumbersome and difficult in some cases
  • Recruiting for Franchise models can be difficult and could be improved
  • We develop it all the time to ensure efficiency
With other SAP products, implementation with SAP SuccessFactors is OK. It is more difficult for none SAP systems.
