10ZiG Manager Thin & Zero Client Manager Software is a powerful endpoint management tool that has been helping users in various industries streamline their processes, deploy over the cloud and centrally manage their endpoints. One such example is a construction license certification school that had to manage test prep across five different locations. The software was able to provide them with a web-based console that enabled central deployment and management as well as scheduling and task completion. This allowed them to focus on teaching rather than the complexities of managing technology.

Another instance is a start-up company that had to keep track of their clients and found 10ZiG Manager efficient for managing a large customer base and providing peace of mind. The software was easy to learn and helped them manage clients seamlessly. Before implementing this software, user teams had no way of managing thin clients spread across different campuses. Some configurations had to be done locally, causing the team travel time for simple tasks. 10ZiG Manager centralized management features supported building client templates, delivered backups, restores images when needed across a network. It also provided users with a coherent, standard experience, regardless of which device they use and saved IT admins time with remote management shadowing users for support or template rollouts.

Easy to use: Users appreciate the easy installation and configuration process of the 10ZiG Manager, with several reviewers mentioning that it was effortless to manage their endpoints. The software is highly intuitive, user-friendly, and well-laid-out, making it a valuable tool for businesses (several reviewers).

Responsive support team: According to users, the 10ZiG support team is quick to respond and extremely helpful. Several reviewers found them responsive in resolving issues promptly.

Effortless management: Pushing out updates to multiple units is convenient and effortless with the 10ZiG Thin and Zero Client Manager Software. Setting up client templates allows users to configure multiple devices quickly and extract/send configurations to different terminals from one place. Reviewers praised how easy it was to upgrade all terminals at once and VNC into any online client (multiple reviewers).

Slow network operations: Some users have reported that connecting different systems at once can slow down the operations due to network strength requirements.

Unstable wireless feature: The wireless feature in the newest unit has been reported by some users as a little unstable, causing inconvenience.

Outdated manager GUI: Some users have mentioned that the manager GUI seems outdated and might not appeal to younger admins.

Users have made several recommendations based on their experience with 10ZiG. The most common recommendations include improving the user interface, setting up templates before rolling out units, and trying out 10ZiG Manager Thin & Zero Client Management Software.

Users feel that the UI could be more intuitive and user-friendly. They suggest making it easier to navigate and understand, which would enhance the overall user experience.

They also recommend setting up templates for efficient management before deploying units across the organization. This would ensure consistency and save time when configuring multiple devices.

Furthermore, many users highly recommend trying out the 10ZiG Manager Thin & Zero Client Management Software. They believe that it offers robust capabilities and features that can effectively manage thin and zero clients in an organization.

Overall, users feel that 10ZiG is worth the time and resources. They appreciate the completely free trial offered by the company and advise not hesitating to seek help from the support department if needed. These recommendations highlight the importance of exploring 10ZiG's capabilities and features to enhance device management efficiency.

10ZiG Technology is being used in every department throughout our Sales and Service office. Using the 10ZiG has allowed us to move away from needing personal computers at each work station instead of having the much more compact units for the 10ZiG. Having no hard drive or moving parts increases speed and end-user productivity.
  • It has a much faster boot-up speed.
  • User-friendly.
  • Less to go wrong since it has no moving parts like a PC.
  • Easy to set up, use, and update.
  • I have not had any issues. 10ZiG works as it should and does what it says it does.
  • I don't see any areas that need improvement.
  • It does what it does well.
10Zig is well suited anywhere you would need multiple computer access within the same business without having PCs set up at each station. This is not just well suited for a business but for places like schools hospitals, etc. The virtual system replaces PCs which may have other features a user might want such as a disk drive.
  • Having 10ZiG units is less expensive than PCs.
  • Has increased productivity due to speed increased over PCs.
  • Power consumption is less for the 10ZiG.
The VMware has more issues as far as crashing due to overuse and other seemingly unknown issues. There is a lot more stability with the 10Zig. The Dell was slower as well as being less user-friendly and much harder to set up, use and upgrade. 10ZiG has had a lot fewer glitches thane either of the others I have tried.
In my experience the support for 10ZiG is has been really impressive. I have not had any major issues but any minor issues I have had about it were quickly resolved with their customer service. Any questions I have had were also quickly answered by either their customer care or by reviewing their online website.
