- It holds each employee to a certain standard by having them select their own list
- Gives them the opportunity to reach their list of goals
- Being able to accomplish each set goal and/or priority gives a sense of pride in each person's work as they are able to check off what has been done
- On the negative, it can also show what the employee is not being done and may show poorly if there is a consistent pattern of not completing tasks

15Five - A must have for organizations!
- Although we are a new org, staff have embraced the tool! I have also used the tool since 2012 while I was at Red Cross and have seen marked improvements in employee engagement as a result.
- The tool pays for itself as managers are able to better engage in employee feedback best practices, as well as reduce turnover.

- Saves time- Positive ability to easily communicate weekly progress to goals and saves time in verbally overviewing "every big and small thing" you accomplished in a given week upward.
- Documents performance thoroughly- making it easy to evaluate yourself weekly, quarterly and to summarize annual performance evaluation submissions.
- Intuitive- Cues, Reminders and ad hoc questions allow for form and function that is easy to use- print- save- record.
- SIMPLICITY- Tracks last week's recording and allows you to carry forward tactics and or modify easily. Captures prior weeks so they are at your fingertips to pull, compare and review.

15Five is great for check-ins with staff
- Saves money on HR staff.
- Less turnover when we are actively using.
- Employee engagement improved when we initially rolled out 15Five, and our eNPS scores were also up slightly over the prior quarter. It's impossible to quantify this now, as our company has grown by 150 headcount and we've been using 15Five throughout the entire time.
- The amount of time to complete employee reviews and weekly/bi-weekly 1on1's has decreased, as we've begun to utilize 15Five for that purpose as well.
- Centralized location to keep track of one-on-one and manager/IC interaction notes.
- Useful for weekly check-ins for ICs and managers, especially quiet employees that aren't as likely to speak up about something in person or in the moment.
- For me, the ROI is immeasurable. I don't know how I could manage my team without it.
- For the second year running, my team has been rated as "most engaged" by our annual HR survey. For a company with well over 1,000 people globally, I'm proud of this! Without 15Five, I dont know if it would be the same.

One of the Best Tools on the Market for Your Company
- It provides a ton of valuable insight into how employees are feeling about their workload or their work experience in general and provides a forum to share specifics.
- 15Five has a feature to survey the entire company with custom questions. This is a great feature for learning about what employees feel can be improved or addressed at a management or executive level.
