15Five in San Francisco offers their employee performance management platform, which emphasizes employee engagement via pulse surveys and an emphasis on frequent feedback, fast one-on-one meeting planning, objective tracking, and other related features.15Five for Structuring 1:1 MeetingsGather implemented 15Five to help better organize our company and team goals, and to structure our weekly 1:1 meetings between employees and managers. It is currently being used company-wide and has been a great tool to ensure we are all on the same page as far as the goals we are working towards and to check in on the status of those goals.,Organizes agendas for 1:1 meetings. Prior to 15Five, I kept a running list of notes, but I love that 15Five gives you the ability to add talking points to the 1:1 agenda and employees are able to do so as well. As we meet we can mark these off the list as we discuss them. Reminders and email notifications. We have it set up so that a 15Five should be completed weekly. The system automatically sends email reminders as the due date approaches. Ability to track company and team objectives/goals. When adding objectives into the system, you can assign them to a parent objective (company goal) to ensure you are on the right track with your goal setting and that it aligns with the business goals.,I wish there was a way to set reoccurring 1:1 meetings. I meet with each of my team members the same day and time each week, however, I have to manually schedule these 1:1 meetings in 15Five rather than being able to have a standing meeting. I wish there was some more customizing available for the structure of objectives. We have Company goals, department goals, team goals, and individual goals but 15Five doesn't give the option to create team goals currently.,8,We recently implemented this tool across the company (it was originally only being used by 1 department to test it out) but so far it is helping us track towards our overarching company revenue growth goal.,Asana,Talkdesk, GetFeedback, Greenhouse15Five Alignment SolutionWe use 15Five company-wide for a number of things. We use them to gauge team health, weekly one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins, and annual performance evaluations. My team utilizes this tool for our Objectives and Key Results tracking and reporting. This helps our company align our OKRs and makes sure we're all tracking towards the same company objectives.,One-on-one tracking. Performance evaluations. ORK tracking.,Better note taking options. Task distribution and assignment need improvement. The mobile app on android is subpar.,8,We now track company OKRs and have visibility into them! My team has a consistent way to give me feedback that helps me make leadership decisions. One-on-ones are tracked and recorded, and this is great for HR.,Khorus,Highfive, Loom, DroplrByte sized, weekly performance management toolWe are currently using 15Five to report on goals, accomplishments, roadblock, and ideas on a weekly basis. This helps business leaders stay up to date with everything that's happening within their respective business lines. This process also helps employees keep track of their short and mid-term priorities as they fill out their weekly 15Five reports. Anybody whose job does not involve similar tasks day-in-day-out fills out a 15Five report every week (that's about 300 employees).,Weekly goals and accomplishments: This is the core of what we use 15Five for. Any employee with varied daily job responsibilities fills out a 15Five report that mentions their accomplishments for the week that went by and their goals for the upcoming week. Wash, rinse and repeat. Customizability: 15Five provides a lot of options to customize the questions that employees need to answer on their weekly reports. Tagging: You can tag your colleagues in your report, so it's a great way to get somebody's attention within the company. Visibility: Individual 15Five reports are visible to everybody up the chain, so it's a great tool for business leaders to get a pulse of the organization.,While it is possible to generate custom reports based on historical data, the interface is not very robust. For instance, you cannot filter your reports based on, say, departments.,9,It is extremely difficult to gauge ROI for a tool like 15Five, but as a company, we've found a lot of value in it for byte-sized, weekly performance management.,Quick Base,DocuSign, Quick Base, CrossKnowledge Learning Suite15Five - more than 5 ways to improve your orgs transparency!15Five is used across our entire organization. Each Direct Support/department head is responsible for their departments 15Fives, and managing the questions and responses. This has been a great way for our employees to provide feedback to their direct support on a regular basis. Additionally, it allows for communication across teams, and for our leadership team to provide information/updates to the entire organization in an easy, digestible manner.,Goals/To-do lists: 15Five is a great tool for creating to do lists or establishing goals for the week. Employees can add them easily, and check them off when completed. For me, this has provided a helpful visual of what needs to be accomplished that week. It's easy to send information out to anyone in the organization - tagging individuals or @all is an easy way to share information within the platform. Our president is a big fan of 15Five, and she has utilized it as a way to disseminate information throughout our organization. Information can be uploaded in an easy-to-read, easy-to-access manner. Reminders - it's easy to set up reminders within the program, to ensure employees are completing their portion. As an employee, the reminders are helpful in encouraging completion. Customizable questions - direct supports/supervisors can set up different questions to be asked of employees from week to week. This is helpful if there are questions that are needed to be asked weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Being able to change questions regularly is great.,Although I mentioned customization as a positive aspect, it could use some improvements. The backend process of updating the questions, and setting them to a certain schedule, can be a bit confusing. This process could be streamlined. The commenting process can be a bit confusing. If a person is tagged/mentioned in a comment, they are typically sent an email notifying them. However, it can be difficult to locate where you can reply and continue the conversation. Although a simple issue, it seems it could be easily rectified. I would like to see more integration of the team portion of 15Five. It seems this feature is not as prominent, so you can easily get stuck in just your specific 15Five information.,7,15Five has positively impacted the information provided to our leadership team. Our direct supports feel more connected to their department and are able to resolve issues as they arise, or even beforehand. It has provided a positive impact on the 'kudos' or positive reinforcement our employees can provide to one another.,,Slack, Bullhorn Recruitment CRM, Google Drive, Paylocity Web Pay, Legalesign15Five makes it easy to stay on top of employee morale and fosters better communication across my organizationWe use 15Five to solicit feedback across the organization and as a way to ensure we keep our finger on the pulse of the business. It allows employees to have a voice and allows senior management to better understand how employees are feeling. This helps senior management get ahead of any potential issues before they become problematic.,Flexibility to set your questions by company/team/individual. It is a weekly reporting platform that also has the functionality to do end of year reviews. Having continuity makes the end of year process much more streamlined. Allows individuals to set, report and record progress on weekly goals. These users can then go back later and review these goals and progress throughout the year.,The interface to set up the question frequency is a bit confusing. The 360-degree review functionality is relatively new so there are still some kinks to work out on this part of the product.,10,15Five is one of my favorite tools. It has allowed us to keep track of the general morale of the business and to address small issues before they became large issues It has also allowed us to streamline our review process, making everybody's life easier!,,Salesforce Lightning, Pardot, Litmos15Five makes feedback funWe use 15five in our department to check in with management once monthly. Management sends out a survey of sorts to gauge work satisfaction, etc, and to get feedback about any troubles we're running into. We also use 15Five for our weekly check-ins with our immediate supervisors. Once we have our one-on-ones we receive a follow-up email through 15Five with a synopsis of what we discussed. 15Five, in our department, is primarily used to communicate more thoroughly and consistently with our leadership team. Our team works 2 days out of office and 3 days in office, so it's another tool that makes it easier to stay in touch with our supervisors and upper management team. Once we submit our answers to the questions that are asked in our monthly 15Fives, our supervisors are able to respond directly to those answer. It's really just a way to touch base. 15Five makes it fun and interactive though. Our team particularly enjoys the "high five" feature which allows us to foster team morale and have some fun. Our company is a smaller start-up company, and company culture is really important to us. I think the software jives well with our culture and adds to the feeling of community.,Fosters employee engagement Allows leadership to gather feedback from employees Fosters team morale and community, questions can be redundant Notifications and the reminders seem constant. I'm still getting a "congrats" on my anniversary pop-up every time I log in (from 3 months ago) and I exit out constantly.,9,I can't answer this question as I've no idea what it costs to utilize 15Five for our company.,,Maestro, Zendesk, Slack, Snagit, GoToMeeting, Zoom, Drip from Leadpages, Leadpages, MailChimp, GetResponse
