With 247HRM, I save a lot of time that I had to dedicate to paperwork. I have all the content I need in one place. I can pull any HR-related reports, qualification reports, manpower reports, etc. 247HRM helped to deliver great service to our patrons.

Pros

  • We used to take half a day to onboard new staff during our employee onboarding. We would collect necessary forms like aadhar, education certificates, experience certificates, and other forms. With 247HRM, it takes two hours. We cut the onboarding time in half. Can you imagine half a day saved for one employee onboarding?
  • I don’t stress about paying my people on time or accurate payroll because my experience with both the 247HRM product and its services helps give me the confidence in paying payroll on time. 2 clicks and I am done with payroll, generating a paysheet, pf ecr, esi upload and PT challan. All these in a span of 2 or 3 hours.

The employees can go into their profiles and update their information themselves which goes for approval to the respective approval authority. The tool also gives an insight into how many employees are there in a department/location/division of the company. I have found it easy to request leaves It is also a one-stop for quickly checking who is on leave today. As a manager, I don't have to keep a track of my reporter's birthdays and work anniversaries because 247HRM sends me a timely reminder. The HR team can use 247HRM to get digital acceptance of changes to the policies, and processes of the company. This eliminates the need of using a lot of paper and saves time for employees and the management. You can use it for setting yearly goals, and performance reviews without having to do a lot of automation.

Few clicks to complete tasks. 247HRM automates the entire hiring process of sourcing resumes, setting up interviews, and releasing offer letters. Digital onboarding Signing to set up and send out, as well as easy to find signed documents in employees' folders once completed. Biometric integration and time tracking give me a bird view of the work hours. It is also very easy to apply for leave, and inform peers about unavailability. Overall the best HR software out there.
