The Demo 2 Win course was set up for my team by a manager to fulfill a company mandated training requirement. The primary business purpose was to remind the team some of the basics/fundamentals of giving a great sales presentation to prospects.
- Their lesson plans are well structured
- Flexible with scheduling
- Easy to follow/complete course material
- Improve demos from sales reps
- highlight techniques which improve "win rates" for sales team
- (Positive) It has highlighted alternative ways to present to prospects depending on their personality/persona/interests/etc.
- (Negative) It was scheduled during one of the busiest weeks of the year - drawing technical resources away from revenue generating activities.
