By hook or crook, we had to opt for 360Learning when Covid19 changed the course of action throughout the world. In normal conditions, we would only offer in-house positions but due to unavoidable circumstances, we allowed everyone to work from home. New policies and effective ways of working were implemented to facilitate remote employees. Along the way, more people were hired to manage the workload and their training was a crucial part of the whole hiring process. That's when 360L came as a savior and helped us to run the show. It allowed us to prepare different training modules and programs and offered great ease to learn the working methods. This new LMS was so effective that we are still hooked on it even after Covid condition has eased up.
- It has a fairly simple interface and user-friendly tools that help in building the course content without any hassle.
- We were quite impressed with the response of its customer support team that pointed us in the right direction at every step.
- Dashboard navigation is quite easy and you can get the knack of it in no time.
- We are pretty much happy with everything as it does the job for us but if there's room for improvement, it has to be the mobile application. It has limitations for admins and doesn't offer the same charm that you get via Desktop version.
Again, I would give an example of our organization that we initially started using 360Learning for remote employees. It is best suited for companies that have new hires who can not attend the in-house training. So, you can upskill them with training programs via 360L. It's a collaborative learning platform and everyone can benefit from it.
