We have been able to identify organizations visiting our websites. For one of the two divisions, we have a regular ad program running targeting accounts that have been to our site to encourage them to come back. We've also focused the alerts for that division to show them only website visits and contact engagement, allowing them to focus on accounts that are more aware of us/have some experience with us prior to making a call.

Our other division created a BDR team around the same time we implemented 6sense. This team uses the tool to help them more effectively target and uncover warm prospects at non-client accounts.

6sense has helped us see what accounts are most interested in us. As well as contacts that have engaged with out content that sales can contact or reengage. It has been instramental in helping us decide what accounts are best to target.

6sense affectionately calls this 'the dark funnel' and they do a fantastic job on matching anonymous signals to accounts when possible, better then any other abm tool i've personally used in my experience. These signals help drive decisions by our sales and marketing teams to progress conversations forward.

Yes, 6sense helps accurately match anonymous signals. During my first RFP for 6sense, I had all vendors run a two-week account match test. 6sense outperformed all vendors in every region except EMEA. One vendor slightly outperformed 6sense in EMEA, but that same vendor woefully underperformed in every other region. Since then, 6sense has made significant efforts to improve their capabilities in EMEA. All vendors face the same issues with data in EMEA, so I am still confident in 6sense's account matching capabilities globally.

Absolutely. That's 6sense's main benefit I think, and we've had good success with matching intent with site visitors, ad clicks, and content engagement. We're seeing success with matching the intent across verticals and at different scales, and the company filters when configuring segments are really detailed and provide a lot of nuances when it comes to targeting.

Yes, 6sense has helped turn anonymous buying signals into data that our sales teams use to decipher and build pipeline through additional meetings. We also use 6sense predictive model to deanonymize data to showcase the actual user that is showing the intent signals. This has been very useful for us.

the account signals have proven to be beneficial as they aid us in identifying prospects who are nearing conversion, those who require more time, and those who need nurturing to progress to the next stage. This feature greatly simplifies the tracking of data and prospects, allowing us to efficiently manage and prioritize our efforts in a timely manner.

This platform has injected a lot of input in the organization by providing accurate data. It provides real-time data of revenue gains from sales that enables the marketing team to increase effort. The AI provides reliable signals from the social media accounts on customers behavior and their product preferences. There is increased sales and more customer wins to the business since we deployed 6sense. Clients using social media accounts can easily identify our website and learn faster the products and services that we offer.

Yes, 6sense is great in helping de-anonymize insights. While they don't tell you the exact person (unless they are already known in your database), they help you narrow down what accounts are interested and help you narrow down where the interest is coming from (i.e., location data). This has been very helpful to share with our sales team, and we find it often aligns with where they are seeing potential opportunities.

I have personally not used it to deal with anonymous busy signal calls, I was not aware this was something it was able to track or decode. I would be very interested in seeing how that aspect can help in the frequent issue with those types of calls we get.
