These buying signals were critical for us to identify and engage prospects at the right time to grow sales. It allowed us to be engaged with the right clients at the right time. This facilitated higher close rates and productivity of the entire sales teams. It is like having radar to know where your planes are traveling. Tremendous asset to companies trying to grow sales.

It has played an impact but hard for us to measure exactly how much. Sometimes it's easier than others to find out who might be searching key words based on their location. It's usually a guessing game since most of the time they aren't cookied and you don't know what their name is.

Yes, 6sense has helped us match anonymous signals to accounts. Accuracy on this front seems to be OK but certainly not perfect. The main benefit is to help uncover "quiet buyers" who are researching our products but have formally reached out.

Perhaps the biggest benefit has been to show when a known account has more interest/intent than we knew about. (E.g., we knew already that Company X had some interest, but we didn't realize how widespread that interest was until 6sense showed us that dozens of their employees were checking us out.)

6sense identifies companies with specific targeted attributes, and whether they have engaged in our website or shown search intent on keywords. It is very effective at providing insights that our sales and marketing teams can act upon. Our sales team receives territory-specific activity reports each morning, with a weekly recap, and they use it to follow up with the companies listed. This is very helpful in targeting/retargeting based on desirable attributes and behavior. 6sense integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce, so these signals can be shown in the account within our CRM as well. The segments can be shared with LinkedIn and used for targeted ad campaigns within LinkedIn, which is a great trick. Very effective.

6sense has helped us uncover intent signals and dig deeper to learn where the signals are coming from - Using the platform's insights such as location, we're able to learn who is most likely engaging within our active target accounts. While there is still room to grow in its recommendation's capabilities, the location-based data and activity timelines have been game-changers in reaching the right individuals at an account with the right message at the right time.

For my part, the signals are always very precise and visible, this also gave me the opportunity to verify the interest of a prospect and, then over time, understand if it was real.Even the times and frequency with which a prospect sees and searches for certain topics gives you a way to understand how interested he is or it was just a quick read

I think 6sense has helped us be very directionally accurate regarding matching signals. Working in IT, we know there are levels and hurdles to our business (security-wise) that other industries may not experience. However, by coupling this information with our other vendors (6ense has an excellent segment integration with Tech Target), we can find some ways around that.

We have been able to identify organizations visiting our websites. For one of the two divisions, we have a regular ad program running targeting accounts that have been to our site to encourage them to come back. We've also focused the alerts for that division to show them only website visits and contact engagement, allowing them to focus on accounts that are more aware of us/have some experience with us prior to making a call.

Our other division created a BDR team around the same time we implemented 6sense. This team uses the tool to help them more effectively target and uncover warm prospects at non-client accounts.

Yes, 6sense helps accurately match anonymous signals. During my first RFP for 6sense, I had all vendors run a two-week account match test. 6sense outperformed all vendors in every region except EMEA. One vendor slightly outperformed 6sense in EMEA, but that same vendor woefully underperformed in every other region. Since then, 6sense has made significant efforts to improve their capabilities in EMEA. All vendors face the same issues with data in EMEA, so I am still confident in 6sense's account matching capabilities globally.
