It has been very nice to see the AI predictions, because it helps me better know if I should be spending my time on an account. I am more informed as to whether or not they are actually interested in buying, or if they are just poking around the website.

While we use these capabilities, the adoption of them has not been comprehensive. We are using this data to help better identify organizations that are more likely to purchase and marrying that information with our MQL program to help sales target contacts at organizations more likely to open an opportunity.

Marketing is using the data beyond that to help identify organizations to target to move up the funnel for various projects. From event marketing to advertising and more.

This is an interesting question. 6sense doesn't just help with these things, it literally tells me. TrustRadius wants 50-200 words, but it doesn't take 50-200 words to say "6sense puts all of this information right in front of my face."

6sense data contributed to a shift in our business model. Through 6sense we can see that one of our highest intent categories is "Technical Debt". We recently launched a new messaging pivot and product line that directly speaks to tackling tech debt. In the two months since launch, we've doubled our volume of sales meeting set and deals created--plus we've even closed new deals at a much lower time to close.

No, we don't use the AI piece. 6QA scores require a fairly significant amount of salesforce data that is representative of the "standard" sales process to help the algorithm identify patterns. When you don't have enough volume it's hard for the AI to have enough to chew on. In lieu of that we simply use engagement and intent keywords to create segments that align with buying stages.

Absolutely, i love this feature, it is great to see how far along they are and gives me more insight into how much work it will take to get the prospect to the point where they are ready to sit for a demo. It also helps me tailor my approach with each individual prospect .

6sense's predictive analytics have definitely helped improve the success rates of our sales team, though I will say that the out-of-the-box 6QA functionality (their predictive models that tell you when they deem an account qualified) were not nearly qualified so I strongly recommend utilizing the feature to customize the 6QA so that your team is only focused on account that have actually displayed high intent.

Helps clarify the low-hanging fruit. Depicts which accounts are engaging which is always a key signal to go after. Since I have so many accounts, it has helped me really understand the top accounts that are showing me the right signals to engage.
