When it came down to it, we were caught between Demandbase and 6sense. Both tools would have fit our needs, 6sense did a better job overall of selling us on the tool itself, how it can be used, how they use it, and what their future vision entailed. Having the ability to add unlimited keywords was definitely putting them above the competitors. RollWorks was too single-solution focused on advertising, and the ZoomInfo tool was in its infancy at the time and the user interface was not friendly, and was outside of our CRM (which was a non-starter - any tool we used needed to be able to be accessed from within our CRM).

In my experience, 6sense has better match rates. Match rates are the foundation of an ABM platform. If you can't identify the company, you can't tie the activity to it. All other features are pointless if you can't trust the account data. Aside from that, I think 6sense has better advertising capabilities than most. Demandbase comes closer in that regard, but 6sense has been expanding their advertising features since I last looked at Demandbase and the edge has to go to the company that had better match rates. In my opinion, 6sense Sales Intelligence is their competitor to ZoomInfo SalesOS and it blows ZoomInfo SalesOS out of the water.

Terminus and Demandbase did not provide the same level of account insights (at the time). We moved from Demandbase to Terminus, then Terminus to 6sense. Segmentation in Terminus was extremely weak and we could not narrow as tight as we needed to. 6sense segments are miles above to create little pockets of opportunity.

Selected 6sense because of robust data that is easy to integrate within existing systems, also account implementation team was extremely helpful in ensuring we were set up for success between sales/marketing.

I have used/evaluated a number of platforms similar to 6sense and 6sense is by far the best. They have the best customer success team that truly listens and understands your business problems and works with you to solve them. Compared to the other platforms, I trust the people and the data a lot more.

Zoominfo is easier to use within SFDC and upload prospects contact info into SFDC. It also has good insights into their org chart. Their intent scores aren't as useful as 6sense's, though. Leadfeeder provides good insight into the timeframe of how long prospects were on each specific page of our website.

I have had a chance to use all of the above and after careful evaluation, I feel 6sense has a step up because I find it more accurate and easy to use. When you are in sales and customer success you want to sound confident and build credibility with clients and channel partners, and 6sense has been a partner in this journey and helped me with this goal.

Bombora gives you the data raw, you then determine where you want to integrate it and pull it in. More control, but more work. Also, you need a strong understanding of what you want to do. Demandbase seemed pretty much an Ads platform that uses intent. I love the website personalization that Triblio ABM/ABX Platform offers, but it is a marketing tool. It doesn't offer the same prospecting benefits.
