6sense helps me keep an eye on activity within my client portfolio and alerts me when my clients are looking for new solutions which means new opportunities.

I had a client who was searching for a solution we offer but the contact did not know me or what my company does. I saw someone from the company was searching for supplier risk information and called my contact to ask for a referral to their procurement department.

There is so much "going on" with 6sense and the several other tools and resources my company provides. I could spend all my time managing these tools instead of selling.
There are a lot of false leads. It's helpful to know my clients are looking for "something" but, unfortunately, I don't always know the person who is looking.

We have several resources and, although 6sense is valuable, I do not believe it's being used widely enough by the sales team due to lack of training and its complexity. I wish there was a simplified guide for use and more 1-on-1 training.

I'm sure that the primary focus was on the ability of 6sense to deliver quality insights into the activities of our clients who are searching for solutions we can provide.
I wish there was more integration.
I would like to have a 1-on-1 call with someone for training to help me fit 6sense into my workflow.
I don't think I would change anything but I would put more responsibility on 6sense to help insure that our people are properly trained and finding value in the tool.

It was too fast, too complex, no one could follow along. If you miss a step, you're lost for the rest of the time and there is SO MUCH to learn and keep up with.

  • I like getting a daily email of potential activity. It's really the only thing I am comfortable using.

There is too much in the website's user interface. Without training, we log in and get lost. The training we had was so complex and intensive that few of us understood or could keep up.
It seems to be applicable and scalable to all of our sales teams.

I love 6sense. It's easy and intuitive to use and really helps you focus on the organizations and people that are most interested in your company at the moment. It makes cold outreach much warmer and has improved my success rate at being able to personalize my communication to stakeholders focusing on what they have shown interest in. I strongly recommend 6sense to all other sales professionals and leaders.

Any sales professional is a perfect candidate to leverage 6sense. It has dramatically improved my outreach and is one of my top sources of truth.

6sense has helped me to uncover which of my accounts are currently in a discovery or buying season so that I can reach out at the opportune time to engage and start a discussion. This has increased my ability to resonate with customers based on what they have shown interest in and make it that much easier for me to build a great pipeline.
It's decreased the tedious and long hours of work I spend prospecting by helping me focus on the accounts currently showing interest.

We use 6sense daily for prospecting to high intent accounts. It is the main tool for hot leads besides ones that come in via marketing. Over 100 sales reps at the company are current users of the platform multiple times a day. Most are fans of it and previously used Demandbase for this same solution.

  • Provides the locations of the users visiting FullStory pages.
  • The UI is easy to use and it integrates with SFDC which is a big plus for sales folks.
  • Sometimes accounts are recommended to me that are not in my territory.
  • Users it recommends reaching out to left the company years ago or were never employees costing me time.
  • The location of page views is far and few between making it difficult to drill down who to reach out to.
6sense has been ok so far. I would say the things I mention below have made some miss our previous solution DemandBase. Even though I was not at the company when we used DemandBase I have heard that Sales prefers it while Marketing prefers 6sense. I have booked meetings with high intent accounts before but sometimes feel as if it sucks time away from me when account info is far from correct.

Yes it has been helpful but again we do feel as if Sales is wasting time as account info is sometimes incorrect. I would probably say something is incorrect 25% of the time like the people listed to reach out to or the company location or the company assigned account could be in different AE's name.
Yes this has been the best part so far as we can really see where these accounts are in their buying journey. I find it helpful to know if they are close to purchasing as I can tailor my messaging accordingly when reaching out. I also know if there could be competitors involved depending on how far along they already are.
I have never used Demandbase but have heard from more tenured sales folks that they like it as much if not more than 6sense.

Folks within Rev Ops can assist with issues regarding 6sense. Typically the only issues we face is account info piped into 6sense is not correctly like its not actually in our territory or not our business segment (Enterprise / mid market). This is annoying but not the end of the world!

6sense is good but I would like to try Demandbase or others just to see what is out there. Sometimes the contacts or accounts given aren't even in our patch. This doesn't happen much so its no big deal at the end of the day but still any time wasted searching through salesforce or with zoom info is time we could have spent doing activities to actually generate revenue.

Great onboarding and training from CS team. No issues what so ever tracking on what they were saying.
Yes it was very easy to learn and I would recommend not getting training. More complex applications require extensive onboarding and assistance getting set up but with 6 sense it was very easy. I'm sure a training session with their CS team would not hurt as there could be further parts of the platform that we can leverage.

Really good overall! Lags at times though.
Has been used by a few teams cross functionally and the scalability of this product is great as we continue to grow.
So far the one time we ran into issues they were right there to help.
Most of the time pages load quickly and the UX is great there are moments like every platform where it is laggy though.

We use the ZenIQ portion of 6sense to import data, augment data and research intent at companies. This helps us clean our data and ensure we prioritize who we are calling.
  • Automating updates in Salesforce so employee count, website, account phone and other data are autopopulated
  • Downloading ZoomInfo prospecting data and verifying it before buying it, ensuring all emails are good
  • Providing intent data to help with prioritizing accounts
  • A bit difficult to navigate at times, so watch all the training videos and ask for help
  • Not as intuitive but very powerful once you know how to use it
  • Sometimes there are glitches but they have great support to help and fix it and never a repeat issue
Intent data, appending to existing account, and using prospect data to ensure we have the right data to rank and prioritize our accounts. Also, their Chrome extension has a sweet UI that runs in Salesforce for finding people in your buying personas. I would not use this tool purely for getting data but in all other use cases it is phenomenal and with the amazing support you can't go wrong

No I am not sure it was accurate and lots of holes in it. Cant help but wonder how it could be so wrong? Lots of money spent targeting right titles at surging companies and millions of impressions and tons of "clicks" but not one form fill. And none of the clicks registered on our other anonymous visitor tracking software.
It did not allow us to do any of this. It could not even get the first part of the equation right. I have lost all confidence. Sad to say but I wonder if they just make it up? Hard to say for sure since it is a black box.
we originally chose ZenIQ then 6sense bought them and broke everything that worked well, we also used Bombora intent data and then combined with 6sense and now uses their intent data which I am not sure either worked well. Not sure how to properly operationalize it and they were no help even trying.
they at first did not try and even when they started to try nothing was fixed so they are either incompetent or just lazy or did not care about us as a customer but no matter what they sucked at customer service and fixing tons of bugs and glitches in their product.
It is clunky and not very intuitive, they dont even know how ot use their own product they just send y9ou the same how to guides that dont show you much more than the basics. It is kind of sad that the customer success team does not even know how their product works.
