Absorb LMS functions as our organization's platform for our healthcare professional continuing education system, PHA Online University. It is our primary platform for our members (healthcare professionals who work with patients who have pulmonary hypertension) to access CME/CE accredited enduring material courses to develop their clinical knowledge and skills. The product allows our members to access CE courses anytime, anywhere.
- Customer support: any time we've ever encountered issues on the front end (from learners) or back end (reports, building courses, etc) our CSM Olivia are immediate in their response and helpfulness. Any questions we have are always addressed promptly.
- Dashboards: very cool functionality to see (in real-time) course enrollments, completions, etc. and its easy to build them in Absorb.
- Customization: the abilities to customize our platform homepage (with custom billboards, images, news and announcements, etc.) is a huge plus for Absorb.
- Reporting: some custom reports we need have to be built on the backend and we can't do ourselves- e.g. have to put in a request to the client success team.
- Surveys/Course evaluations/assessments: can't edit these after the courses go live without losing some data from learners who've already completed them. Also have to click 'submit' after each evaluation item instead of just once at the bottom of the page.
- Character limits: some object lessons have character limits (e.g. the 'Description' box- only allows 4000 characters.

We needed a public site to display our training courses for customers to purchase and a way to deliver the training. We needed an easy-to-use portal for our learners to be able to take the training and track their progress. We needed gamification and collaboration.

My company needed an LMS for Content Creation for upskilling current employees and onboarding new employees. We also needed a way to house training and informational resources. When using our previous LMS, it was difficult to easily create beautiful and useful content and support from that LMS was slow and lacking actual help. 90% of learning content and resources is made in house. We needed a robust LMS to support this.

We use Absorb LMS for training our employees as well as our clients that use our product. We also host webinars and are able to deep link resources. This product addresses our need for creating learning journeys and certification programs. We also use it for collaboration purposes through the user of forums and are looking at using it for ecommerce in the future. The number one problem this product addresses is our need for detailed analytics/reporting features. The amount of data Absorb provides our team and company is phenomenal!

Gets the job done
was nice to have everything in one place and can track when each person completes a training session. Overall has helped make sure no trainings are missed and we can even take it a step further to quiz people on what they have learned and develop additional materials to fill in the knowledge gaps.

The City of Roswell uses Absorb LMS for Compliance Training. This is important because it helps employees understand all the relevant laws, regulations and internal policies that govern the function of the City. With over 1,000 employees divided into multiple departments, we needed a learning management system that enables us to disseminate, track and report on a regular basis to ensure that we maintained 100% Compliance. This is complicated with ongoing New Hires, and Absorb LMS is so easy to use that we can easily keep up with the ongoing demand.

A well-rounded system that supports all L&D needs.
Absorb LMS in our organization is used to organize and manage the whole scope of Learning & Development. It allows us to manage our employee's progress, upload all their certificates, and be able to see a full overview of skills and competencies in one platform. Next to that, it allows us to create unique courses ourselves and immediately share them with our employees, tailored to their needs.

- Allowing to organize and track all types of courses, not just e-learnings.
- Overview of people skills in their profiles.
- Uploading documents is perceived as hard for employees, especially with video uploads.
- Sometimes the program lacks and then an employee has to start all over.
- Spacing courses is possible but not with a certain amount of time, which would be useful if the next course could open after a week/month instead of when the employee finishes the previous course.

Absorb is a dream to work with!
We are training learners across the housing sector to become more inclusive of 2SLGBTQIA communities. We use Absorb to reach workers across the city, so we can be efficient in our training reach and ensure everyone has the same access to information. We will ultimately be training thousands of workers across the city to make shelter spaces more accessible for 2SLGBTQIA people.
- Easy to navigate the admin platform
- Reminders built in to ensure you activate your courses and avoid frustration
- Vast amount of options in Absorb Create, so you can make your courses exactly what you want them to be
- You don't have the option to make your buttons within an object skip to the next course (only the next page within the Create object), so people have to navigate using buttons on the bottom panel, which is not always intuitive
- If you un-enroll someone and re-enroll them, they start back where they left off, instead of wiping the slate clean
- I have not been able to figure out how to clean up the courses page (ie putting them into folders)

Absorb is a fully functional LMS for our employees, but truly shines when it comes to our needed support for our client training.
Here, Absorb allows us to customize the messaging and training distributed to various segments of our client base. Our client-facing training takes the form of videos, PDF's, quizzes, and SCORM or TinCan files, all of which Absorb handles with ease and provides accurate tracking for. We offer a variety of free and paid training, with custom pricing for some of our larger clients. Absorb's eCommerce features are robust and allow us to meet all of these needs with minimal manual manipulation.

Absorb LMS has been Great for Onboarding
Absorb LMS has been great to use. Our organization uses Absorb LMS for internal and external courses about our product functionality and new releases. This is the starting point for all new client training to take at their own convenience. When new employees are hired, they take online courses to get familiar with the product.

We couldn't be happier with our Absorb experience!
Our organization uses Absorb as our volunteer learning platform. 4-H volunteers complete mandatory and elective training through Absorb and maintain all of their credentials toward volunteerism. We currently have 1,400+ volunteers who will make use of the system. We are also working toward offering elective learning options for our youth membership. Youth will be able to engage with peers, complete courses, etc. through Absorb.

- We would love to be able to have credentials expire on a stagnant date that revolves rather than a date reflected by course completion.

Competency Based Digital Learning
We created a competency based digital learning environment. This would not have been possible without the Absorb LMS. We implemented the LMS so we can retrieve any training record (sign-in-sheet, test, competency assessment, etc.) within six clicks of a mouse. We are a paperless training organization. We have been through 5 audits. So far, every auditor has been impressed with our recording keeping, curriculums, and our competency based digital learning environment. Our employees maintain and operate the first driverless rail transit system in the USA. Due to the safety sensitive nature of our rail transit system, employee training records is extremely important. Thank you Absorb LMS for making training delivery and record keeping safisticated.

Absorb LMS for Beginners
As a national vendor of dermo-cosmetic products, we use Absorb to provide product education for our customers. We are also exploring the use of Absorb for our internal team. The ability to offer 24/7 online access of education to our vendors helps limit the need for in-person training, thus allowing us to manage travel and expenses. We currently use it with ~5000 customers from various channels of business.

Engagement at the highest level! Fun and user-friendly!!
As our company has continued to grow, my team went on a hunt for a learning management system to house all of our trainings, processes and update processes. Hands down Absorb LMS has been outstanding! We absolutely love Absorb Create to build engaging training courses, the reporting is easy to build and share wins with the team on how departments are engaging.

- Tracking on educational and additional training
- Viewing the scheduled reports would be nice. This would help redundant reports and be able to add or delete users receiving reports would be nice.
- Inactivity report for users so that we can isolate users that are not meeting the training requirements.

Absorb LMS is a clean, intuitive, yet POWERFUL LMS.
We utilize the Absorb LMS to deliver required training and supplemental trainings to our 2500+ corporate/retail/warehouse employees across the globe. We wanted to have a user-friendly, engaging solution that would be easy to use and would encourage self-development and exploration of our training modules. It had to connect to our HRIS System (Workday) and have reporting tools available to managers across the business.
- Usability - Both the User and Admin Experience is so simple and intuitive. The admin tools are clearly defined and laid out, yet the functionality makes it still powerful.
- Integration - We used the Scheduled Data Imports and Exports to connect with our HRIS tool. After the initial configuration, it has worked reliably and gives me all the custom data I need to make assignments and reporting a breeze.
- Design - I know it's covered a little bit in the Usability above, but the site just looks fantastic. There are a lot of options to customize and fit your branding requirements and all of the thumbnails/posters/billboards/etc give a very visual and appealing look to the LMS. Much better than I've seen in other products.
- Reporting - The out of the box reporting is a little cumbersome when trying to view more than one course at a time.
- Completed courses disappear from catalog - I know there is a setting, but it's also connected to the My Courses display so its either all or nothing. Would love to see that option split up
- Training History does not show inactive courses - To keep an accurate training history, courses cannot be deactivated or else the records disappear to the user.

Great tool for training.
We use LMS for training, communication, survey, etc. Specially OSHA compliance EHS Training and Refresher training are executed through LMS, and we utilize training records for verification.

Absorb has been an excellent LMS software.
We use Absorb as a way to deliver training content to our staff which spreads across multiple states. Previously, our compliance content was supplied by one vendor. With Absorb, we are able to use a variety of third party compliance vendors, and create our own in-house training specific to our systems and procedures.
- Admin reports are easy to use and provide a lot of detail
- Integrates with our HRIS software for hands-off, automated user management
- Allows us to segment our staff to deploy trainings specific to our users.
- There are rollouts of new features that seem to not be vetted enough by end users. This could be resolved by having more test groups review these new features first before sending it to all customers.
- Some reports need improvement, where you can download reports for multiple courses for multiple people.
- Absorb does not have the ability to assign courses based off hire date, so once a user is in added to the system (in our case, automatically), they are immediately assigned to content. Users are added sometimes a month in advanced thus training can be overdue on their first official date of hire.
- Courses can not be scheduled to assign which causes us work the day of assignment.

Successful first LMS for our Company
Our company implemented Absorb LMS less than a year ago as our company's first-ever LMS. We reviewed several LMS systems and found that Absorb offered the features that we desired at a lower cost than other competitors. Prior to adopting an LMS, our training courses and records were decentralized and difficult to manage. Many of our prior training materials were PowerPoint presentations and not interactive for the audience. Adopting Absorb's LMS allowed us to centralize training records, provided easier access to training on-demand, and provided a more modern platform using video-based training. We were also able to create custom content with quizzes to confirm that learning objectives were met. Having the training records centralized in the LMS enabled our company to more efficiently confirm competency requirements for various industry and customer audits. We were much more efficient in transitioning repetitive training that had been instructor-led to video-based.
- Easy to use interface for users

- Absorb continues to improve on their tool with new releases
- Ability to collaboratively suggest modifications to the platform in a forum and vote on other suggestions
- The manager experience needs further development, including how access the manager experience from the user experience
- There needs to be an easier search feature to find a course without having to use the filter option.
- There seems to be a slight delay when completing a course before it shows as completed in the transcript.
