Cons
- The feature we use for on-the-job training checklists is cumbersome for both admins and, more problematically, for users. They need to click through several screens to check off on skills.
- I'd like to see more options for AI-assisted career pathing and listing of courses by role.
- Absorb connects with Skillsoft, but the process for integration was costly and took a lot of time.

- With Absorb, we were able to standardize and streamline our onboarding process for frontline hires. With a population of 7000+ employees and turnover rate over 100%, this was critical for saving site managers' time and increasing our service standards.
