Content creation: allows us to custom build courses with any learning objects we like. For example, implemented a pre-test into 5 courses to measure how much learners were impacted by a course after taking it (by measuring change in pre test and post test results). Reporting- can mostly easily pull the data we need to report to stakeholders and leadership.

Absorb Create is an easy tool for course creation. It is very intuitive. And with the AI enhancements, it is easier than ever to create content. It takes minutes vs. days to pull together the course information and design needed to create a comprehensive and easy to use course. We also use GO1 as a content provider and with over 80,000 courses, there is a course for every need.

Well, it has given us a platform where we can upload our courses and content. Content creation has been made seamless and engaging. We have multiple courses developed for Compliance Training, which requires ongoing reporting for all departments in the City.

We absolutely love Absorb LMS! Although I am not an Absorb LMS Create Master yet, I was excited that our account manager [...] advised me of "office hours" now being offered! I plan on attending as many of those sessions as possible! I think Amplify is nice for a quick lesson and we used it pretty regularly when we first got started. I have not received any information about updated courses. That would be a good addition! When new courses are added to Amplify it would great to receive an email about new courses so we can check time out!

The Engage module gives us a visually impactful homepage where we can easily spotlight new or recommended trainings. The Absorb LMS connection with our HRIS automatically takes care of user management so we don't have to deal with SARS forms and manual admin work. It also gives us all the data we need to accurately assign compliance or business-specific trainings.

We have used many of the Absorb Amplify courses and have also integrated custom created content and third-party libraries. Being our first LMS system, this was a HUGE improvement over how our company had previously managed training delivery and record-keeping. We are much more compliant with mandatory training and have made good use of the training transcripts to demonstrate competency requirements for many of our industry, quality, and customer audits.
