Absorb LMS was better priced that Cornerstone on Demand and is so much more user-friendly. Cornerstone was difficult to use, the fonts were very small, whereas Absorb LMS has larger fonts and more color to the platform, making it more visually appealing and user-friendly. Cornerstone did, however, have a more robust reporting feature.
Docebo was evaluated when looking for a new LMS, but it did not appear to be as user-friendly from an administrative standpoint.

I joined a company already using Absorb so I did not pick Absorb but given the chance- I would pick Absorb over any other LMS I have worked with in my career. Absorb is powerful enough to do what I need it to do, but organized well enough that the features and functions I don't need don't inhibit me from getting to what I DO need. From my experience, that in itself makes Absorb stand out in the crowd!

This is the first LMS used for our company. However, during a search for the best LMS, I found the features and usability of Absorb above the rest.

Most User Friendly LMS in the market
Absorb LMS is certainly better than most of the platforms out in the market due as it's far more intuitive and offers far more templates and customizations, while the other two platforms are also good in their respective specialties, Absorb LMS completely nails it in the number of features and functionality it offers. The customizations that Absorb LMS is offering are not available on the other platforms which have been very much beneficial to our company.

Absorb LMS good value for the features
- Trakstar Learn (formerly Mindflash), Lessonly, 360Learning, Blackboard Learn, SAP Litmos, Brightspace and Talent.com
Absorb [LMS] had [many] of the same features. Many of the vendors had a lower base price with additional pricing for the add-ons. From a cost perspective, the majority of software providers' costs were higher with all of the required addons. For the features required Absorb [LMS] offered the best value overall.
