Because our two CSMs that we have had (Olivia and Olga) are absolutely fantastic on answering all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. I also appreciate them taking the time to meet with me monthly to check in on new features Absorb is coming out with and any support needs we have. It is seriously the best part about working with Absorb.

The support staff at Absorb are the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and quick to respond that I have every experienced at a company. I don't look forward to having issues, but I do look forward to interacting with them always. They are so knowledgable about the platform and are actually excited about the things they are teaching or helping with.

Our current Absorb Customer Service Manager is wonderful. He is quick to respond, thorough in his investigation of resolving any issues we might be having, and delightful to work with. I really appreciate that he is willing to hop on a call to walk through things with us or at the very least send us a video showing how to accomplish what we are trying to do.

I always call support LOL.... They always have an answer or point me in the direction of the right person. Over the phone and on email..I can probably count over 10 questions that I have asked regarding any scenario and the answers are always very detailed and useful to me.

I know the support team is hard at work! We are currently dealing with a confusing issue where our buttons don't connect to the pages we assign them, and they have been looking into this for a number of weeks. I hope they will unravel the issue soon so we can role out our modules!

Absorb's support team has always responded to inquiries quickly and has been extremely friendly. Occasionally, our front-line support rep misunderstands the question wildly or provides feedback that is unhelpful. This is particularly true when it appears that problem is a result of a bug, rather than us using the LMS incorrectly. (We do not pay for the escalated/additional support.)

They have always responded quickly around the clock, 24/7. It has the best customer service team of any LMS we have looked at or used in the past. The platform is not perfect of course, but the customer service is very close to perfect. That has been very helpful for us and the team.

The support team has always been responsive and on top of any issues that might have come up. Generally, they solve the issue very quickly and respond back with the solutions. Our client support staff has been very knowledgeable in helping us get the most out of the LMS features and are great at communicating the new features and showing us how they can work.

Our rep. is very responsive and attentive as our account rep. Whenever we have a question, he collaborates with us to understand the issue and brainstorm solutions together. He treats us with respect in every interaction. I have also used the library of support resources - they are short articles that help me to understand the functionality of the tool and determine a way forward.

Absorb help desk has many resources available to help troubleshoot problems. The implementation manager was very helpful and supportive as we were setting up the LMS. Our account manager is more focused on billing and sales, and not able to provide technical support, so for that, we go through Absorb's Help Center. Absorb Academy, (accessed through the Help Center), is a great learning resource to become familiar with the platform. There is also an "Ideas Portal" for requests from administrators for how to improve the LMS.
