We use DPS Outlook Office to efficiently communicate with each other within the company, between our team and other departments, as well [as] emailing our clients and receiving clients' emails. We can use many tools to filter messages in default folders to be even more organized. It has [an] auto reply function to be used when you are out of office.
  • Filter messages.
  • Auto reply.
  • Create rule to automatically move emails.
  • Notifications when you receive an email on filtered folders.
  • Give extra time when you want to cancel an email recently sent.
  • Improve calendar to be more intuitive.
When you need to have effective communication and records of it with coworkers and/or clients.
Calendar function sends a notification 15 minutes prior [to] an appointment or event and at the specific time of the appointment. Is not as well suited on calendar as it is not [very] intuitive.
  • Communication with coworkers.
  • Communication with other departments.
  • Communication with clients.
  • Filters a lot of spam.
They work together pretty well. When I have voicemails, I get an email in my inbox with it and I can even hear it on Outlook; no need to go through Genesys and hear [them] one by one. I get the phone number from where I received the call and voice mail as well.

I really like how I can this deals with accounting and billing and it just makes it easier to manage check requests and invoices but its graphs are hard to read and don’t have as many features as it’s competitors.
  • Having everything centrally located is very convenient.
  • I really like how I can deal with accounting and billing within the program.
  • It’s graphs are hard to read and don’t have as many features as it’s competitors.
  • Not as user-friendly or intuitive as other options.
DPS Outlook Office is suitable for a business environment and would be best used by businesses without remote employees. For remote-based businesses, it would be better to look into a Google-powered office scenario.
  • Skype integration.
  • Limits interaction between teammates.
Clio provides a web-based practice management, time and billing, and client collaboration platform for small to mid-sized law firms.
