Access Perks is an employee discount network. The vendor aims to help employers boost the value of their benefits, while saving workers money annually on their everyday purchases.

Access Perks has direct relationships with over 350,000 restaurants, retailers, movie theaters, travel providers, theme parks, auto shops and more. Each Access Perks client receives a private-label website and "show your phone" mobile coupon app that employees can use to quickly find and redeem offers.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We implemented Access Perks as a low-cost option to expand our current benefits/perks options tenfold (if not more!). Rather than offer niche or targeted benefit programs that would require higher levels of HR administration, we decided to roll out this all-in-one perk program that our employees can use to their liking to find and take advantage of the perks that are most relevant to them.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Access Perks was valuable as an extra employee benefit. The company's budget was stretched thin, but, during 'The Great Resignation' it becomes even more important for an organization to do all it can do to make employees' money go farther.

Since not all benefits start immediately, these discounts can be used on day one.
