Document indexing provides a more efficient process for the identification and organization of the multiple documents contained within a loan file. ACES makes it easy to upload data and bookmark each loan document with customized or preset categories and sub categories.

ACES Web allows clients to reduce gross defect rates by identifying missing documents associated with a given loan file.  The set of documents needed for the loan can be customized by the client and criteria-driven.  Documents identifed as missing are then automatically requested from thje responsible party via ARMCO’s Communication Portal.

Advanced extraction technology gives you the ability to examine signatures and other critical data elements within multiple documents side-by-side. Quickly and easily validate data with 100% transparency and identify discrepancies and potential fraud.

Facilitate inter-organizational communication and external communication with third parties regarding loan exceptions and audits. Our platform electronically sends notifications of critical exception findings to appropriate AORs and their manager. You may configure the system to notify the AOR either in real time or when the audit is complete.

ACES Web’s Automated Loan Selection (ALS) Module allows you to select loans for audit via statistical, straight random, stratified random and discretionary sampling. Reporting is through Business Objects, which requires someone proficient in that technology. If ACES could provide more assistance in this area it would wonderful.
