We use Widen as a central place to store, share, and publish our assets. It is also tied in to our customer-facing system to manage and deliver content to thousands of users. The analytics that Widen provides allows us to asses the frequency with which our assets are viewed and downloaded.

We used Widen to organize our marketing resources internally and to share them externally with our partners via the portals. We work with foodservice distributors, retailers, and restaurant owners to advertise our product. This platform allowed us to share our logo files, photos, videos, and training tools. We loved how we could organize our assets internally. It was more difficult to provide the "search" capabilities with our external partners via the portals. Widen had a good onboarding process with our team and did take feedback from us. However, there were just some functions and capabilities they could not provide so we ended up switching providers.

We employ the (DAM) system to seamlessly store and share a diverse array of digital assets, including images, documents, videos, audio, and more. We view it as an all-encompassing hub for organizing and accessing all pertinent assets. The product effectively tackles the challenge of swiftly finding and locating assets as needed. Thanks to the DAM's robust metadata functionality, the process of searching becomes not only more efficient but also quicker—a long-awaited solution that we are excited to integrate.

Our company uses Acquia DAM to organize and share our digital assets across our company, provide access to our assets for our sales partners and vendors, and assure brand consistency throughout our portfolio. Before our system was set up, there was a lot of variability across our marketing efforts, and files would be lost or not readily accessible. The DAM has streamlined our efforts and increased collaboration and accessibility.

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) to store and manage a large number of assets that we use across different brands. By adding metadata to these assets, we can make the updating process smoother. Our educational content relies heavily on a vast amount of assets. In order to determine the effectiveness of these assets within the content, we track how our users use them.

We currently use Acquia DAM (Widen) to save all are pertinent marketing assets that we use on a regular basis. Our asset types include marketing/fact sheets (native and PDF files) employee headshots, logos, stock photography, employee bios, etc. Before Acquia DAM (Widen), we would save these files to the company drive designated for the marketing team. It would always be a challenge looking for a particular file you needed as the file may be saved in a different location, files were not dated or were duplicated, or you may not be able to locate the file at all, even by doing a basic search. With Acquia DAM (Widen) our files are much more organized and are tagged with the appropriate brand, product and asset type which makes it much easier to locate.

Acquia DAM (Widen), in our organisation, is used by users across different teams like Brand, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Web and UI/UX. Before Acquia DAM (Widen), different teams were using all kind of solutions and we were struggling majorly with uniformity in branding, assets sharing, redundancy, search, user management, publishing and versioning. Also we moved our corporate website to Acquia Drupal which has seamless integration with Acquia DAM (Widen). This opened host of opportunities for web team to manage assets, metadata, versioning and also digital marketing team got in sync with other teams in the organisation.

We use Acquia/Widen to manage all of our digital assets from photography to digital catalogs. We have users from within our own company that extends to distributors/resellers, ad partners, and more. Previous to using Widen we were managing assets on internal servers and it was a nightmare to store and find assets.

Acquia DAM provides a great resource to host and organize all of our digital media content for easy dissemination and storage. Their team is great, albeit a pricey option, but they fulfill all of our needs as a digital asset management tool. We are constantly adding new products to our lineup, and being able to load in new LUTs from NetSuite to autofill metadata fields is also a huge perk.

Acquia DAM is the global single source of truth for images across the Beam Suntory organization. We heavily utilize portals to curate content for our markets and on a brand level. This allows for us to disseminate the most recent and relevant assets to our stakeholders. Being able to curate content on branded sites helps drive home our Visual Identity as well.

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) in our organization to manage our data and assets where we store them have a centralized place where every user can access the assets they need. Having used the Acquia DAM (Widen) apps it's really helpful to organize the metadata and assets. The problem I see with the portal app is how limited the options are and the option to export into csv files are limited.

We have implemented Acquia DAM (Widen) as our digital asset management system. We started with marketing assets and have expanded into sales and manufacturing files as well. Before, we were using an internal server with an elaborate folder structure. With more than 50,000 assets to keep track of, it clearly was inadequate. The nature of Digital Asset Management is messy - I don't think there is any way around it. Adopting Acquia DAM (Widen) was not a small task, but I think they have some good tools for making it more manageable and in the long run, it is making our business much more efficient and adaptable. Positives Acquia DAM (Widen) has some very nice tools. One tool is called "portals" which allow you to create public websites to access certain groups of assets. This is a great way to share files with people inside and outside of the company in a clean and professional way. There are many other options for sharing as well, which is helpful. Automatic file conversions are great, so multiple file types don't need to be uploaded. There is a robust analytics system to keep track of how assets are being used. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Negatives The way Acquia DAM (Widen) is structured took some time to wrap our heads around! Now that I understand it, I think the training could have been done more clearly for our organization. However, with the varying needs of all the different businesses which use Acquia DAM (Widen), it may be hard to have one onboarding solution that fits all of them really well. This said the UI design of Acquia DAM (Widen) could be improved to help users navigate and understand the system. Now that we are fully onboarded and using the system, we have identified some ways we can improve the structure of our DAM. We continue to make adjustments to better adapt the software to our needs. I am optimistic about the recent acquisition of Acquia DAM (Widen). Hopefully, the added resources will help to accelerate improvements to the system. Our overall experience with Acquia DAM (Widen) has been good and we continue to benefit as an organization in many ways.

This year is the first time I have used Acquia DAM (Widen). My previous employer did not have such a great source of storing files! I use Acquia DAM (Widen) for all documents, artwork, ads, and anything I create to store. I also use Acquia DAM (Widen) to link to my creative cloud programs to make linking photos 10x easier. I have enjoyed using this in the short 4 months I have been introduced to it.

We found that several different departments had images and documents stored in personal folders and other folders not accessible by some internal and most external constituents. The DAM has allowed these teams to easily upload to the DAM, and share a link that can be used by internal and external users easily. Staff like the opportunity to update the files without haveing to lose the share link as many items might be shared on a website or in emails so not having to update the share link in many locations allows staff a level of efficiency. It is easy to find items in the DAM if they are tagged well but we do use collections to organize some of the documents. It has been very easy to train and onboard staff and it has been easy for staff to upload, edit, share, and later check their insights to view analytics.

We use Acquia DAM (Widen)'s system to store and keep track of our media assets. We use it to keep metadata on final products as well as track expiration dates. We use it to organize our assets (stock assets, music, final video projects) by client so we know what is applicable where. It helps us know what assets we can use for what projects, as well as keep track of purchase dates and expirations.
