It's very seldom that I have to reach out for support, but when I have, there are quick solutions and follow-ups to make sure the system is working how it should be. My customer support team is also great at reaching out on a regular basis to keep me up to speed on emerging features I may be able to leverage to improve my experience.

Our experience immediately after purchasing the product was great! Our Implementation Consultant, Rachel Kohl, was very attentive and made sure we understood all facets of the system so that we could successfully utilize it. Since we have moved past that implementation period, our experience has been a mix of good and bad. Generally, we have been able to get the required assistance whenever we have had any queries. However, we would appreciate a quicker response time when we reach out for help. Oftentimes, when we email our point of contact, it takes several days to receive a response, which is not ideal, especially when the matter is urgent.

Had great training with Rachel where we had weekly calls with myself and colleague. She was able to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had. Very responsive support team and effective ticketing system makes Acquia DAM (Widen) a product of choice. Acquia DAM (Widen) university has great leaning content and elaborated and intuitive documentation makes the job easier. Acquia DAM (Widen) account manager has always been helpful in solving the problem, onboarding, trainings, handovers, connecting with the right person,, everything is worth its costing.

It took over 5 business days for our contact to email back and then just to tell me to use the chat support. Then that took over 1 hour to try to resolve. Thankfully I am really good at work arounds because quick fixes to problems do not happen.

The Acquia DAM support team is fantastic! Not only do we have an amazing customer support contact, the regular chat support is a great resource. Our CSM schedules meetings with our team regularly to ensure that we're meeting our goals. And the general support is great at responding quickly!

The support that I have experienced is amazing, especially with the customer support agents where they always have a way for me to resolve the problems that I am having with the Acquia DAM (Widen) apps and how they communicated with me. I believe they can improve more by telling us that they would be out of office.
