  • Total waste! We have lost vastly more time than is reasonable for any client to absorb.
  • The subscription fee increase is outrageous but your total loss is vastly higher with all the wasted time trying to get defective software to work.

  • Very poor return on investment. It is now quite costly and the support service no longer offers assistance except if the program crashes.
  • Swiftpage seems to have replaced their skilled UK based support team with a call centre?? The service I got was dreadful. This is a difficult program to use and support is vital.
  • You will need some IT skills to properly use ACT! Don't rely on their support which is not good.

  • ACT! pays for itself by keeping me organized.
  • I don't have to remember to contact a prospect, ACT! remembers for me, letting me schedule follow ups for a date and time that works for me. That means greater sales success.
  • ACT! enables me to search for information as well as contacts.

  • It's been easy to keep track of progress of goals with the software. This provides the opportunity to know what is working and what is not.
  • We have had to adjust a lot of things since the Virus issue took a foothold, but it is providing invaluable to make those adjustments.
  • Our ROI has increased at least 30%.

  • Positive was that it was easy to use.
  • Positive was that there was not a huge learning curve.
  • Negative was the added time it took to set it up and find an issue with the computer names.

  • Integration with Sage accounting software eliminated double entry of prospect data into Customer/Sales accounting functionality. Thus, this provided a positive ROI.
  • Excellent flexibility in designing customer fields and adapting to unique requirements of a specific business/industry make for a positive ROI and further business goals/objectives.
  • Weakness in providing as much social media functionality as other competing CRM systems not as desirable if one's business is a heavy user of social media and uses that as an integral part of their marketing/sales strategy.

  • SwiftPage has allowed us to send out communications which have led to newly contracted agents. However, given the time it takes to create a decent-looking template and preview it on various browsers, it is costing our company a lot more than it is worth in labor expense.

  • Increased mobility and flexibility to get data via the Moblile and Web access which helped increase activity.
  • Improved data analysis and segmentation because of the ease of adding fields to capture which were specific to our needs
  • Increased call volume due to "hot" lists provided with email marketing integration
