- make a directly visible if something went wrong
- not to worry when execute scheduled jobs
- negative point is that only large businesses can benefits, I believe.

- I have not run numbers to determine hard impact, but a quick estimate is that at least one job is running for a average of about 6 hours per day - that 6 hours, if done by hand, would equate to about 30 - 40 hours per day (and in some cases, could not be duplicated manually, as the job repeats faster than a person could accomplish one cycle.)

- ActiveBatch [Workload Automation] has increased our nightly processing stability exponentially. Our prior automation software was unreliable and often failed without explanation. Since moving to ActiveBatch [Workload Automation] we have had incredible stability, and any nightly processing errors that happen now are attributed to a cause other than automation. It's the most reliable software we currently use at our company.
- I have no idea what they paid for it, but it was too much.

Automate the process and free your time
- Saves employees time and sanity, from having to manually run tasks at certain times.
- Cost is not overly expensive, considering the amount of platforms it integrates with "out of the box."
- Takes control of sensitive processes, and runs them confidentially. Alerts management when completed.
- I have not been involved in the purchase or contract negotiation of our Active Batch purchase, therefore am unable to comment on the ROI.

ETL processing you can set up once and forget about
- Definitely increased ETL tool testing and deployment efficiency for the IT DevOps staff.
- Troubleshooting and retesting of problems with using ETL tools is enhanced, but there's definitely room for improvement there. Emails and logging helped but didn't really provide any additional help to those provided by GlobalScape and Microsoft. So a positive, but not a strong positive there.
- For as much data that it manages coming in and out, the errors that came up were certainly important to deal with very quickly and this product could make that aspect better, the errors were few and far between and almost always the errors had nothing to do with ActiveBatch itself (usually with the quality of the data it was handling)--so in that sense, it brought visibility to areas of quality improvement to be made between the company and the clients.
