Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

This questions set is poor. ActiveCampaign is not easy to use. And NEITHER SHOULD IT BE. It is a sophisticated set of software tools with huge capability. I expected a long learning curve and that is what I experienced. Ease of use is not the right criteria if you need some of the tools that AC provides. Expect to spend time understanding what it can do and how it can do those things. Then, you will have a system that, if you can think through your business logic clearly, will be a huge asset. Could the UI be more pleasant and engaging? Yes. Could AC design a few ways to ease use a little? I expect so. But will a tool this capable ever be easy to use for a beginner? No - or at least not until beginners can describe complex processes accurately and precisely in plain language AND until AI can interpret that anguage 100% accurately. And I expect AI to be capable before beginners are in this regard! Can I use AC for everything I need? Yes (saving the odd minor feature that I wish they would add).

You take some time to get used to ActiveCampaign. Chat help is very good. However, email follow-up is not. Bugs take a long time to be fixed and without feedback when they are eventually fixed.

I have found Active Campaign to be one of the simplest email list solutions to use. There's a short learning curve and plenty of online tutorials you can find to explain basic set ups for broadcasts and automation flows.

ActiveCampaign has been the easiest marketing automation software we have ever used. They provide tips throughout the entire process of anything you are building. Their support team through LIVE CHAT has been extremely fast and helpful. The monthly meetings provided with the enablement team has helped us through several large and urgent needs.

For many of the same reasons I have already given. I can quickly get strong automations running with little support or additional training or knowledge needed. I can maintain and leverage them with my basic technology skills.

Active Campaign's ready-to-help support team and easy-to-use platform set it apart from other email marketing platforms. The platform itself is intuitive and doesn't require advanced technological or coding knowledge to operate. While the reporting features have some room for improvement in terms of being able to compare campaigns and toggle back and forth between campaign views, the platform overall is highly efficient and effective.

It was great. Recently they have done some upgrades that make the system unstable. Some important features disappeared.

Overall it is really great to work with it. I think I use a maximum of 25% of what it really can do. It is also my clients' favorite tool, which means I use it a lot.

We love ActiveCampaign because whether you're a newbie or a seasoned email marketing vet, you can do what you want to do. It's SUPER easy to set up a basic broadcast email or automation. But it's also loaded with tons of features that allow you to really geek out your email marketing.

If I can think it up, I can build it in ActiveCampaign, and that is huge to me as a business owner. That doesn't mean building features for your business is easy in ActiveCampaign. It is not, and it's quite difficult if you do not know what you are doing. It's very easy to learn what to do if you take the time. But I find that people who are not tech saavy struggle with using ActiveCampaign--especially if it is never set up to work well for the business it is intended for.

I don't use it to it's fullest capacity and would need more time to learn and implement the other resources it offers. The speed of opening and navigating between campaigns/automations/contacts is slow. I have found it great to automate systems for managing contacts.

Overall, [ActiveCampaign] is pretty easy to get the hang of even if you've never implemented email automation before. The logic is pretty intuitive and the system works as you'd expect it to in almost all instances. Setting up new campaigns and automations is straightforward and efficient so there's relatively little time wasted during the process.

Very easy to use. I only give it a 9 instead of 10 because it would be best if you have some marketing knowledge before you start using it. Even if it's just a basic understanding of terms and best practices. However, the chat support is great and they even offered to send me videos of them doing what I needed help with.
