Great program for your company!
ActivTrak helps us with our remote hourly employees. If they are unable to clock in, we are able to track their hours using ActivTrak.
ActivTrak allows us to track usage and data anywhere on the planet - if an employee takes a computer somewhere, ActivTrak stores data locally and sends it out when there is a network connection, allowing us to get insight no matter the environment of the employee.

Perfect platform to manage team members effectively
It is time-saving to ActivTrak, it has given the ease of handling employees remotely. It's all features and functions are giving amazing information. The support staff is exceptionally doing well. They are always available for the solution of problems. Listen to my problems very patiently and provide a solution of problems in the limited time duration and solve the problem.

ActivTrak - A Great Tool For Tracking Productivity
Obviously when managing a remote workforce by conventional means, it is difficult to know 100% what they are accomplishing. Using this system leaves no doubt and can help with employees who need improvement, because we know exactly what they are doing.

My right-hand man
It has allowed us to monitor staff breaks and pauses throughout the day to ensure everyone is taking lunch and little rests for their own wellbeing.
I can't think of anything at this time.
It helps you overcome the lack of being on-site with your staff to directly monitor them. It lets you see what they are actually doing during work hours and allows you to gauge whether or not they are utilizing their time appropriately.

Intuitive employee activity tracking made easy
We saw a noticeable drop in productivity when we switched to a remote model. Some employees have better self discipline than others. ActivTrak allows us to address potential problems before they escalate. We have seen our productivity return significantly since deploying ActivTrak--while not quite as high as in office productivity, we were able to reverse a negative trend quickly thanks to ActivTrak.

Great software for tracking and productivity
This was recapped in the last question, being able to see what remote employees are doing at any given time. Also, being able to see when they start and stop, with alarms to be notified/notifying the employees if they have exceeded personal time on personal websites. Screens shots with alarms are also a great feature.

ActivTrak Easily Reduces Costs
ActivTrak allows us to see when team members are most productive and least productive and that helps us plan our days in terms of handling customer volume. We can also see when employees are taking breaks. We can also sometimes deduce when an employee is unhappy or unsatisfied and may be thinking about leaving.

ActivTrak is a complete solution
Given the current work from home situation, we were able to use the insights that we gained from ActivTrak to help us better manage our workforce. One of the things that ActivTrak allowed us to do was to ditch the typical work day and allow some of our workforce to have more flexible day. Some people who had children were able to work 'as needed' and not be stuck to a 'normal' schedule.

It helped us to monitor activities on all our remote staff and gave us insight into the most used resources, both internet and computer based. The application theory is great. However, this application doesn't work without creating massive latency issues.

Started off great then stopped consistently reporting.
At first it helped reassure managers their work-from-home employees were working. At this point we are very close to cancelling our subscription because we can’t take action on the data collected given that there are so many gaps in recording.

We have very few employees who work remotely, so this question doesn't apply to us. However, we do have a satellite office, and this has provided a great deal of insight related to that office and its employees.

Digital eyes in the back of your head!
Having a team of both on-site and off-site employees is challenging. This software allows us to group my category so we can analyze each separately. This allows us to train for on-site employees challenges as well as off-site employee challenges. We can also gauge what equipment and software are necessary for our remote employees to be more productive.

Activetrack review
Logged on time vs working/productive time. We have been able to identify users who log in and don't actually do much. We have been able to train this habit out of people.

It has allowed us to have some irrefutable insight into what was going on because self-reporting by employees was simply not working, nor was it honest.

ActivTrak Review
Helps determine who is productive and who is not.
It is HIPAA certified, which helped us feel confident in the product. It gives us the ability to see the duration and the times our employees are doing certain tasks. It allows us to see the downtime so we can implement better policies so that that downtime can turn into productive time.

ActivTrak: A winning product in my arsenal of tools
We're able to tell if an associate is in fact working and not just playing with their machine. We can also gauge how effective they are when remote working vs working in the office.
