We made the decision as a department to run Acumin on a trial basis. The goal is to fully track every aspect of our service business. Use cases are as follows: Time and Activity Capture - from any workspace, Business Process Management, and Automated Work-Flow, Case Management, Notes, Group Agenda, Limitation Dates, Triggers, Tasks, and To-Dos. Thus far, it does a great job at streamlining all of these processes and keeping them organized in one space.

  • Case management.
  • To-Do List.
  • Pricing.
  • Implementation.
  • Support.
If your company needs one place to stay organized with its many functions, this is a great tool. It's best suited for the service industry where tracking time, clients, and cases is critical.

If your business deals with raw materials and products, Acumin lacks some of that traditional inventory management capability.
