We use Addigy to manage all of our Mac devices like Imacs macbooks. It made it super easy to track manage and update it. With the last update Big sur I feel like it slowed us down is not as robust as it use to be I even rolled back version to test and it improved by a lot . Hopefully they fix the issue soon

It is more suited for a environment were all they used is Apple devices. it make sit more complex to manage more then 1 portal for the same users the inly difference is them having Windows vs Mac OS. It is great to create profile with rules and manage your employees and track what they are doing

Adiggy is robust but bitdefender makes it 100% better since your able to add both Windows and Apple devices and manage them and see them on the same site push updates and remote into them . Able to group them by categories and change depending on the priority that you would filter them by

Very solid product to manage mid-sized deployments of a high number of Apple products. We are an MSP and use this as our MDM for all Apple client devices. We specialize in private school and non-profit entities. This product allows our remote helpdesk team to easily manage a high number of devices remotely and efficiently.

We are using it for all of our clients with hybrid mac/pc environments. It helps us make sure that the macs we support are just as secure and monitored as all of the PCs that we handle. So far, it's been working quite well for us to achieve that.
  • Ease of use
  • reliable
  • good feature set
  • Better integrations
  • more automation
  • more reporting
Right now, I think it is the best option for a small to mid-sized business. Its ease of use, pricing, and features make it a strong choice for someone wanting to remotely manage and monitor Macs. The other options we looked at either were very clunky or did not have very good features.
  • simplicity
  • remote access
  • group policies
  • more stickiness
  • better adaptability
  • deeper insight into mac issues

All our clients are in Addigy for MDM. This way we can provide them updates, and manage their computers remotely.
  • Easy to use
  • Support is always reachable
  • Built-in profile manager
  • Constantly evolving
  • UI could be cleaner
  • System update scheduler needs more details
  • Needs to implement a "Please wait we are installing things" screen
If you are managing any Macs, iOS devices, or AppleTVs - the best option for you is Addigy. At a low price and ease of use, it really does make managing computers and other Apple devices super easy. Every client has an instance, where their software is rolled out and installed on company-owned machines. This way everyone has the same set of tools to work from.
  • Positive - it's ease allows us to fix computers very quickly
  • Negative - they had a bad outage in the last few months - but then again all cloud companies have
  • Positive - I can pull any information about any computer - making my job as an IT manager easier.
