We use Adform flow to take advantage of all the possible rtb targeting options. We had several use cases where we used the tool to specifically target based on GPS. In this case, Adform presented a better solution than the other tools available. What's great about Adform is it nicely represents all the basic line items in reports, at one glance and it does not matter if it is video, banners, or dynamic.

One of the best available solutions available for RTB, if you do not have your own or use agency's DSP/DMP/etc. this is the one I would recomment. Lot of targeting options, ease of use, great support. Or just great and cheap tool for tracking your direct buys. Also Adform has excellent customer support.

  • mostly used for brand campaigns where hard ROI is harder to calculate
  • however overall brand awareness performance metrics we were following we overachieved

Adform FLOW is robust campaign management software that allows specific audience targetting and multi-channel marketing allowing us to buy and optimize digital ads for customers. This tool allows us to visualize our data really easy and make informed and strategic decisions for our customers. It allows us to be pro-active versus reactive.

For my company Adform FLOW is great because it allows us to buy and have full control over the inventory we purchase. Some of the new features that release however don't seem to be so beneficial.

Overall experience with Adform flow has been positive. We have mainly used Adform as a Demand Side Platform to perform customer acquisition and branding campaigns. Although the service and deployment time is a bit slow but the product in itself is quite efficient. The platform targets specific customers to our need and the reporting tool attached is amazing. The dashboard is very user friendly.

It is well suited for organisations which have big customer base and huge databases. It integrates well with the existing database and the reporting is amazing. The whole team reports can be generated using admin dashboard. Plus the campaign reports are also generated accurately giving all related details.

It might not be suitable for small scale companies as that won't be cost efficient.

First of all it was integrating well with our existing database and secondly costing. We were looking for specific kind of product for our marketing and sales team. Salesforce and Adobe we had also evaluated but they were not offering the customization we needed for our structure to work. Meanwhile costing of Adform Flow was much lesser than the other 2.

We needed a customised product for our team and Adform Flow helped us with that. Plus the pricing was great as compared with the competitors in the market.
I would really want the integration and service part to fast. They took a long time to customise the product and the deploy it. Secondly the upgrades to the product should be timely and with no bugs.
Yes for the first year were without any premium support but since their support service is a bit slow so we went for premium service. It is also slow but better than their normal service.

They are really fast when we report bugs in updates. That's an experience we would like them to offer with any kind of support.

As a company, we have mainly used Adform as a Demand Side Platform to perform user acquisition, branding, and some retargeting campaigns. We've used a few DSPs, and Adform has been one of the top performers because of its consistency in driving campaign results and quality of available information throughout the whole platform.

They do not have quite the same case use so a comparison can not be made in a perfect manner. Having said this, Adform FLOW really surprises in its capability to be up to par with one of the best in class for Ad Management as well as having a bit more integrations in its platform.
