  • ROI was impacted by slow adoption metrics and rollout.
  • Cost was a factor when reviewing access levels to software, there were other options that provided more for less cost.
  • There was some pushback from staff and clients when the product was sunset but our choice for replacement quickly gained popularity and the data showed an increase in both conversion rate as well as a reduction in prep time and after sale time.

  • Paid version is great which help the internal matters cost effective by saving papers and other hardcopy documentation.
  • Transportation with hard copy to get signature from different offices was very difficult and making it digitally can avoid the physical transportation.
  • Contactless documentation was an added bonus eventhough paid version help the company to work effectively during pandemic by working from home.
