Seamless Conversion to PDFs: Users have praised Adobe Sign for seamlessly converting Word/Excel forms into PDFs, enhancing integration and workflow efficiency. This feature not only saves time by simplifying the document conversion process but also ensures a smooth transition between different file formats, improving overall productivity.

Customizable Editable Field Boxes: Reviewers appreciate the customizable editable field boxes for formatting purposes, improving user experience by allowing clear differentiation between mandatory and non-mandatory fields. The ability to customize these fields according to specific requirements enhances document clarity and organization, making it easier for users to input information accurately.

Document Legitimacy Assurance: The feature that locks templates after signatures have been noted as valuable by users for ensuring document legitimacy and security. By securing the template post-signature, Adobe Sign provides an added layer of protection against unauthorized alterations or edits, giving users confidence in the authenticity and integrity of their documents.

Tedious Checkbox Field Management: Users have expressed frustration with the process of creating and managing checkbox fields in Adobe Sign, describing it as tedious and time-consuming. For instance, users find tasks like copying, renaming, or generating new checkboxes to be unnecessarily complex and labor-intensive.

Missing Form Fields Issue: There are reports from users about Adobe Sign occasionally failing to include obvious fields when automatically generating form field boxes from Word or Excel templates. This oversight can disrupt workflow efficiency and require manual corrections, causing delays in document preparation.

Expiration of Digital Signatures: Users frequently highlight that saved digital signatures in Adobe Sign often expire unexpectedly. This expiration issue poses challenges for ongoing document management processes, potentially leading to delays in completing agreements and increasing administrative burdens on users.

Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Diverse capabilities, but desire for increased user friendliness

I enjoy all the diverse features that Adobe Acrobat sign has to offer. I can add all different types of fields to documents and greatly customize the document itself and how I send it. However, I think the platform could be more user friendly. I have trouble placing the fields at times and the boxes do not want to line up. I also cannot always change my default settings when it comes to field customization.

It has proven to be difficult for some users to consistently and ideally set up templates they wish to use in Adobe Sign - there tend to be a lot of missteps, a lack of consistency in appearance and function, and a decent but sometimes flawed user experience. When the templates can be set up well by the initial user, the end result is generally quite a user-friendly customer experience.

I've never had any issues with Adobe Sign for the use cases that I've needed it for. Creating templates, modifying the fillable fields, selecting who gets what if sending documents to multiple people, and assigning it such that it goes from signer to manager have all been a breeze. I have no complaints about this.

While generally it is easy to use it can get confusing when all the fields pop up to be filled. Sometimes I struggle to get Adobe Acrobat Sign to just simply focus on the signature only field without popping up a bunch of other stuff for me to go through. Usually I just need to quickly add a signature request and nothing else.

It gets the job done, and once you understand how to use it works. The tricky part is understanding the multiple steps it can take to even get the document signed and emailed to the correct individuals. I've also had issues where it didn't install correctly and had to fix this issue for the user.

From an administrative standpoint, Adobe Sign is easy to manage. I have had a few end users who have struggled a bit with sharing and obtaining signatures from parents. Nothing that additional training could not resolve.

Anyone familiar with the Adobe pdf suite will find that this is a familiar and fairly simple software to utilize. However if you are looking for templates, and there are plenty, it is only with upgraded service that you get access to this as well as integration with your CRM.

I've had very little trouble with it in all my uses with it. I do wish the text boxes you add wouldn't cut off the text if you entered too many words and that it would adjust it's size to fit within the space you've provided. However, that just takes a little refining in the initial set up of the document before you send it out.

It is a highly accessible and efficient tool to get forms authorized by multiple persons within an organization. User-friendly and makes signing documents convenient since you can easily download it directly from Word docs. You don't need to ask your signers to log in, and multiple parties can sign the same document in a chosen sequence.

if flow is straight forward, it can be done manually. i stack when i was asked to send email to a group email address who will not sign the document but receive it, review and sign instead of the name written. e.g.) Signer name is company president but legal manager want to process the sign using the president name. I still was not sure of this scenario can work for Adobe, but i ended up using counterpart's system for signing the document that time.

Adobe Acrobat Sign generally provides a clean and intuitive interface that guides users through the signing process, this has meant that is has been rolled out across the company without the need for long, complex training sessions and documentation. It is also compatible with many different devices including laptops, tablets, and smartphones which is useful for remote or field-based workers. However, the user experience on mobile devices is not quite as good as on larger-screened devices such as laptops. It would benefit from additional options for customization like the option to add corporate branding.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is simple to use but requires the document preparer to learn how to prepare form fields for signature. It's functional and straightforward, save for the lack of a contract history search. It verifies a person's identity and helps organizations store signed copies. Adobe Acrobat DC makes it easy to start and track the signature process.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is simple to use. It becomes slightly more difficult on the end of the person preparing the document, as they have to learn how to prepare certain form fields for signature. But on the receiving end, it's incredibly. useful to use—the user simply needs to click through the instructions and follow the prompts to sign the document.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is simple to use. You can very easily set up different areas of the document the recipient must fill in and then where to sign. It allows you to customize your forms and use different input methods such as date fields, check marks, drop downs etc., plus adding your logo is a cinch.

I do think there could be improvements in the usability. If the document can be set up right the first time, things are a breeze. Even as an experienced user though, I find I am creating 2 or 3 versions of the documents and voiding them before I can fine the correct document parameters. It is difficult to go back on decisions you have made to a document, so it's better to void them and try again fresh. This takes quite a bit of time, though.
