We needed a way to send forms to candidates and remote employees to avoid having them come into our office to complete forms. Adobe is a trusted big household name, so we felt comfortable exploring it as a solution first. Adobe Sign makes it easy to customize our forms and send them to one person or multiple people simultaneously. I've never had any issues with it.

The primary function of Adobe Acrobat Sign was to fill our need for software that can be utilized for quotes and legal agreements and signatures. The product must be easy to use with plug in templates that can be modified easily. Additionally, it must have layered authorization capability and integrate into our CRM.

We use them for documentation that is sent out to every employee when we need signatures on the documents. We are able to customize each document with text boxes and assign portions to different employees to allow for each party to edit the parts they need to edit before the final sign off. It provides an excellent paper trail of who saw the document, when they saw it and when they signed it.

In our organization, we constantly have contracts that require signatures. Sometimes these contracts need to be quickly executed in order to avoid delays. This is never more prominent that projects requiring permitting. Being able to electronically sign documents from anywhere is a blessing. It keeps the work and improvements going.

I use it for just about everything - Adobe Acrobat makes signing and executing contracts extremely easy so that is what we use it for a majority of the time in our business. It gives a layer of protection or security with a signed, digital audit trail so there is never a question of forgery. It's simple, easy to use, and all within the same program so no need to also use DocuSign or PandaDoc.

Using it for e-Signing different documents both internally and externally. It makes the signature process easy to get the signature done from multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization. User friendly and does not ask your signers to log in and create an account and the multiple parties can sign the same document in the selected sequence.

Use for company default e-signature for contracts and purchase orders. We use BOX for online storage and Adobe Acrobat Sign is integrated with BOX so i can select a file I want to submit for signature and select from menu to send with Adobe Acrobat Sign for e-signature processing. it's easy and most of people shall be able to carry out the operation without any manual. you may also decide who will be fist receiver and next receive, copy to as well as setting reminder to process.
I also used DocuSign before or when other company sending the signature request. feature maybe the same, but i think Acrobat Sign is easier for me especially when i initiate the flow. As said since integrated with Box, when signature is complete, i do not need to do anything to save the file.

My organization uses Adobe Sign for all external & internal document and contract signing, organization-wide. It is the only esignature product that we employ at the organization. I and others are heavy users in our interactions internally & with third parties, often sending lengthy documents for multiple completions / signatures. We use this on a weekly , sometimes daily, basis ; and we use the web app as well as the desktop version of the application.

To create and customize PDF forms that are easily editable for the end-user. I use this primarily in a capacity for the submission of new contract requests, internal change requests, or the completion of general Human Resources administration forms. These are primarily focused on our Support Office team members (1,200+). Using Adobe Acrobat Sign versus our previous alternatives of Word/Excel documents has streamlined the process and made fillable fields clearer for end-users, as well as making the forms quicker to read with a clearer contrast between the field name and editable box.

We mainly use Adobe Acrobat Sign at Uniper to better streamline our internal business processes. This digital signature solution helps us tackle several business problems and optimizes our workflows. We previously would have to manually sign documents using digital signatures in Microsoft Word, and some formal approval processes were limited to traditional paper-based document signing processes which were time-consuming and prone to errors. Adobe Acrobat Sign is used across the company and in various locations, so our employees, suppliers and clients are able to securely sign documents from anywhere and on mobile devices. Security and compliance is under particular focus in the energy sector and so the security features included in Adobe Acrobat Sign such as encrypted signatures and audit trails make it easier for our internal controls colleagues to ensure that procedures are correctly followed.

I make use of Adobe Acrobat Sign, which is a powerful digital signature tool that not only allows us to track email-signed records but also gives us the option to select our signature from a variety of pre-made templates. It has robust security features like several levels of authentication and encryption. It is easy to use and set up a document to be signed, and integration with Salesforce and other document management systems helped it install faster than expected. Adobe's support staff responds quickly to technical issues and resolves them quickly to minimize business downtime.

We use Adobe Acrobat Sign to handle any kind of signatures of important documents. We load digital PDF documents into the program and then use the sign feature to mark fields for signature. These documents are then sent to all necessary parties, and we're notified when the signatures are complete. This greatly speeds up the signing process.

Working with a remote team, Adobe Acrobat Sign proves very useful. It helps lessen duplicate of files and losing track of where in the process the file is. It tracks who needs to sign and in what order, possibly eliminating a lot of emailing. Also there is only one file, so no need to save, fill in, and save as a new file. It keeps everything streamlined.

Adobe Acrobat Sign is the perfect solution for having documents signed digitally. It is very intuitive an simple to use. Being able to send documents securely for signing saves us precious time that can be used more productively. Plus once the signature is on the document, the document is then locked and can't be tampered with. They have the strictest security standards to ensure documents, data and signatures are safe. We use Adobe Acrobat Sign for client documents to be signed and for other important contracts.

Allows users to quickly sign and review documents. If the document is set up correctly by the sender, signing the document is very easy to navigate, and quick to add a signature or initials. The date is always current as well and collaborating with multiple signers or reviewers can be easy - if the document is set up correctly.

All this started with a trusted application which can be used in an organization. Due to IT policy we cannot use third party app apart from specific list of application. Now when we talk about adobe and its application, it doesnt need any intro. So what we need is a document editor cum reader to write letters (more then 200) at a time, sign it manually and then scan it to send to goveenment offices. This take time and manual intervention a lot, which led to errors and waste. To avoid this we tried Adobe Acrobat sign for multipurpose role.

Easy to use and integrate with other acrobat suite. Can sign documents digitally and place it where it is to be. Able to sign remotely so that office works won't get delayed. The app help to sign documents and send to relevant parties with minimal effort. Simple interface and is easy to change the font of the pdf without converting into other formats like doc or docx. E-signature allow us to save time and material transportation cost , hence the documentation and verification processes are becoming simple , everything move faster through various official levels. In another perspective , it is environmental friendly because it saves us from printing long series of paper sets and physically signing them, transporting them through different offices for approvals and other sanctions. In the pandemic season time contactless documentation was promoted and Adobe Acrobat Sign help the the organisation a lot at different levels.

We use Adobe Sign to allow our clients to conveniently digitally sign our formal proposals and agreements. The service is affordable and reliable, and is widely accepted. There is no software to download and non-subsribers can still use the service to sign our documents.
