Adobe customer support is wonderful. They genuinely care about their product and the end user experience. The products they create have always been innovative and continue to improve. They have a huge chunk of the user market in their field and still strive to improve. This is such a big deal for me and other small business/organizations that need their products and don't have a large voice on our own.

Their support is pretty reliable and fast. I usually find support answers on other tech forums but have had some support with Adobe and they were helpful and timely with their customer support so I'd say they do a good job helping when I can't find the tech support question online myself. I'd recommend their support for sure!

They are really good and whenever you get stuck in any problem they can provide various study materials and tutorials, and if there are any bugs they will inform you so, that's a very good thing about Adobe customer support.

I have never needed to reach out to Adobe for assistance with After Effects because they already have many tutorials available online. If you don't see exactly what you are trying to do with the Adobe tutorials then there are many other users that have posted theirs online and are easy to follow.
