Our customer's insightful journey check. It is a good way to follow up on customer reports and services. Getting feedback from them in the general encounter with the service we offer. Data collection and solution to complex data. It has eased our daily analysis and prediction. We also use it to track websites.
  • Data extraction is done accurately and too fast.
  • Reporting and creation of different segments to solve that.
  • Allowing support in different dashboards is also an added advantage.
  • Just a bit complex to comprehend.
It is a good tool to check on the customer journey. Involving them directly and provision of support. Secondly, it is an analytical tool that will manage all your complex data help in analytics, and create very friendly reports. The user interface is friendly but the features are not that easy to comprehend.
