Adobe Creative Cloud Express has been a great tool for my personal brand within my org. My company does not use the service, however individual sales teams are allowed to use it to put together marketing graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. I utilize the app over the webpage due to its ease of use. Within a few minutes, I have new marketing material I can post on my personal social media that ties into my business. Being able to personally put together marketing material without having to hire a team is cost-saving, and given the user-friendly platform on the app, it's easy to accomplish.
  • Ease of use
  • Lots of templates already established
  • Free options available
  • Professional looking marketing material for new users
  • web platform is difficult to use, stick to app
  • the function which allows you to change fonts using the circle, great tool but you can never go back to a previous font so scroll very slowly until you find something you like
  • I don't see a LinkedIn post option, just a LinkedIn story option
It is perfect for a single user that doesn't want to hire a marketing team. I use it to post all of my recent real estate closings, utilizing pictures and graphics to highlight the transactions. It may not be appropriate for somebody that has a large marketing budget and a team familiar with Adobe PhotoShop. Adobe Creative Cloud Express is great for smaller teams/individuals, and it may be a little too amateur for larger teams with budgets.
  • Offers a free account and paid membership
  • Lots of templates, the ability to upload all photos and videos
  • easily posts to social media
  • Engagement on Instagram has improved due to the great graphics and marketing Adobe Creative Cloud Express creates
I think the main benefit of Adobe Creative Cloud Express over PicMonkey is simply the ease of use for the App. PicMonkey did have a better web interface, but it's also meant for users who have experience with graphics, whereas Adobe Creative Cloud Express is the most user-friendly service I have come across. If you're looking for something that can get you going the second you open the app, I highly recommend Adobe Creative Cloud Express.

I use Adobe Creative Cloud Express to create content for social media and short videos. It offers easy-to-use branding guidelines and standards you can customize for your needs and can also be used to create templates for re-use. It is nice that I can access these tools from any computer, and it stores all images/fonts/brand preferences for easy creation of new pieces.

Adobe Creative Cloud Express is an incredibly useful and robust platform. It offers easy-to-use templates, creates branding packages/templates, a variety of sharing and collaboration methods, and great font pairings. It is membership-based, so if your company doesn't use Adobe Suite very often, I wouldn't recommend this product, as you may lose your content.
  • Efficiency
  • Beautiful content
  • Brand consistency
  • Quicker design time
  • Easy to resize content quickly
  • More consistent social media posts
I used Canva for a long time, but since we already had the Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Express was included, I went ahead and started using Adobe Creative Cloud Express, as it was more cost-effective. Unfortunately, Adobe Creative Cloud Express doesn't offer any content calendar and scheduling, so it was a difficult choice.

I'm not sure whether Adobe Creative Cloud Express is used across the organization, but we use it within the marketing department of our faculty. It helps us create our own templates that we can share between users so we can keep our branding consistent across many social media accounts. It's easy to share our concepts with teammates and get feedback so we can further develop ideas.
  • The user interface is really simple and straight forward.
  • The product is being continually updated and seems to be responsive to users "wish list" items.
  • It's super easy to create a brand, so you're always using the right fonts and colours.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Express's video possibilities could be improved - I'd really like to see more options for animating text. Animoto is a great example of this. But the video is already improving, so perhaps these options are coming!
  • Sometimes images don't download properly from the web app and I have to download using the phone app and then transfer to my desktop for scheduling.
  • It would be cool if there was an approve / feedback option, so you could request feedback from a team member without having to share a link and send a separate email.
I love Adobe Creative Cloud Express for almost all my image creation needs. When I want to do really detailed work, I still use Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. I wish Adobe Creative Cloud Express had a better slideshow-type video option, with animated text (like Animoto). I've created workarounds where I create animated images in Adobe Creative Cloud Express Post and then added them to a Creative Cloud Express Video, but that's a bit of a pain.
  • Easy, simple, quick - new team members can get up to speed quickly and without needing to learn all the ins and outs of Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • It's easy to keep image creators on-brand, with logos, fonts, and colours.
  • The templates are so easy to use! I do wish you could edit a template you created though, rather than creating something from the template, editing, and then saving that as a new template and deleting the old template.
  • This saves hours of work by simplifying image creation and standardizing templates and brand assets.
Adobe Creative Cloud Express was chosen for us by somebody else in the organization, but I still really like it. Though I do like Canva, I'm so used to Adobe Creative Cloud Express now I'd never go back. We used to use Animoto (free version) and I do miss some of the functionality there - it was really easy to feature a person (student/grad/faculty member) with only a couple images and a few short paragraphs. I wish Adobe Creative Cloud Express had a similar functionality.
