Without a doubt, the integration and interoperability of Adobe Learning Manager with other tools is essential today. Mainly we highlight the possibility of integration with SSO tools (Single sign on), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Email Marketing, Videoconference and other tools that can facilitate the work of training management and training itself.

The Adobe learning manger has top major connectors that can be used and it very quick integrate to understand and also visualize the user education journey in terms of the modules or the courses that have been consumed and also gives an holistic understanding of the courses it can be utilized to the maximum.

We do not use Adobe Learning Manager in integration with other Adobe software. However, for use in universities for training, we often need to create innovative and versatile products. Integrating tools such as connectors and data viewers are handy in this sense. In particular, this integration allows us to improve the user experience and give us feedback on the results.

Adobe is the king of integration. When it comes to mixing and matching multiple products ( from its product line) very few companies do a better job. It does a very good job at integrating with 3rd party softwares and vendors as well, though they might not be as perfect. But from an integration standpoint, kudos

I use Captivate to integrate into ALM and it does fine with that. I don’t like how Captivate is not always able to satisfy integration of other programs or platforms though.

Adobe LMS has huge library of third-party integration. But we used limited amount of feature out of it. Integration with Zoom helps in arranging video conferencing. The outlook integration helps in blocking the calendar. Apart from that they have a huge library for Adobe products.

Adobe is great at connecting with all of those tools if they're already part of your workflow. I'd like to see Adobe build out integrations with more popular content development platforms like Articulate (Storyline 360 and Rise 360). Most folks are still stuck in a learning curve when it comes to Adobe Captivate (before Project Charm releases), and so the project marketplace is the next best thing right now.
