ADP Mobile Solutions

While I was not responsible for the platform selection, ADP has a much better interface. The tools available help in accessing payroll data for several pay periods easily. The data is easy to interpret and consume without the need to open every pay slip. Also the data is available almost instantaneously.

We use ADP Mobile Solutions in conjunction with ADP Workforce Now. The mobile convenience for timekeeping is the primary reason we went with ADP Mobile Solutions instead of other products.

We were having a lot of issues with Paycor reps editing things without our permission messing up the payroll for the bookkeepers.

Our company was acquired and we went with the parent company's vendor. I am glad we did because I honestly stopped going in the Insperity app. I would wake up and see that I was paid in an email but when I tried to log in to the app it was just too annoying. Once I was in I had to search around for additional information. Again, we're only talking about a few minutes but with so many things being juggled those few minutes equals I don't go in the app anymore.

ADP definitely stacks up to all its other products. It looks 10x fresher than the ADP Vantage (Classic) platform. I wish Vantage could have a better UI like the ADP Mobile Solutions.

I evaluated several other payroll services for small business, like Paychex and QuickBooks. I found that ADP provides so much value in the accuracy, ease of use and support provided, that any small monetary savings a cheaper services provides is outweighed by the savings in time and costly mistakes ADP ensures you avoid.

ADP mobile is an extremely straightforward application in my opinion. Other apps are very similar though, offering an array of the same options. I wouldn't say the mobile application was the primary reason why we choose one service over another, but it is absolutely a must-have for choosing a system in general. I would say most applications we reviewed, specifically the Ceridian app, were very similar.

The ADP Enterprise eTIME customer service team is excellent. I hope that ADP gears up their support for the ADP Mobile Solutions app and models it after ADP Enterprise eTIME. They are very professional and knowledgeable whenever my payroll needs to call them for a solution. With a team like that for support, it would knock it out of the park.

Both software do the same types of things. I think either is a good choice, I would just recommend you consolidate all your processes onto one software. Having multiple software can be tedious and confusing for employees.

I have not used another mobile solution...But I am impressed with this one. At age 52 if I find it easy to use then it must be very intuitive.

Have you used no other - normally there is a payroll/benefits department.
