I have looked at both of these products and they both have great services but the support I have received from ADP really keeps me here. My rep is amazing and I honestly have not seen anything on another platform that would make me change at this time.

I selected RUN Powered by ADP® because not only were the employees very straightforward and informative when I was inquiring about their service but the price was reasonable as well. I felt that Paylocity was being a little sneaky when it came to how billing would be handled. I wasn't getting the answers I wanted. When I viewed how RUN Powered by ADP® would work for our company, there wasn't any competition really. The platform was easy to use, easy to understand and would do all we needed it to. All in one simple package.

At my current company, we have always used RUN. It was the first platform our owners purchased and they have been using it since 2020 now. I have some experience using Workday Payroll and Workforce Management in a couple of my past roles. Overall, RUN has much more functionality, offers more features, and is more user friendly. The customer service is also more expedient.

RUN Powered by ADP® blows Paychex Flex out of the water. The ease of using the app and the website is so much better! The detail we are able to see in the payroll section is much improved. Probably the biggest improvement between the two is the customer service. We feel heard, understood, appreciated, and cared for since switching to RUN Powered by ADP®.

We use to use Payroll Matters but it was a husband and wife team and, in my experience, they were starting to make too many mistakes and causing me to spend too much time checking up on them and unhappy employees. With the switch, I have editing power and the ability to control payroll at the tip of my fingers which has resulted in happier employees
