there have been many times - but here is the issue- WHY do I have so many issues? When I call they are fine, but I am in a spot where I am not sure what I even have and what tools I am not using- plus I am not comfortable so most are still manual

Amy Mullins, our Account Rep, always provided exceptional support. She is very knowledgeable and makes the time to get issues resolved, even when it is not her area to support. I was having trouble scheduling a report. The service request was being worked on by Reporting. Amy went out of her way to call and resolve it when she saw there was some confusion and possibly a language barrier. We resolved it within a half hour when Reporting couldn't for weeks.

There is more than one exceptional support story!

One, more complex, involved reallocation of wages from a previous calendar year. Many emails, phone calls and amendment filings later, we had the proper resolution to reallocate wages among foreign and two states. It was complicated by employee travel, hurricane closing for ADP (Florida), and exemptions from FICA. My rep was very good an researching, reviewing and staying in contact.

My account manager Eugene Cahill always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is working properly. Recently he stayed with me long after closing time to work through a complex setup for shift differentials. It was much appreciated.

When I did report a bug, ADP helped me with a workaround and I assumed we would have this workaround for a while, which wasn't great, but it was ok. I requested the ticket be closed, but the support rep kept on trying to fix it, which caused a little aggravation because it was happening live and was visible to all employees, but he did end up fixing it. If I'm being honest, I thought it would not be fixed until the next upgrade.

ADP is exceptional with creating custom reports that fit your needs. My only suggestion is that instead of creating the report FOR the customer, they teach them and walk them through the setup so the customer LEARNS.

ADP has done an upgrade over the weekend and when we called to confirm that this wouldn't upgrade affect our payroll, they stated it wouldn't. When we came in Monday, they whole grade affected all of payroll. We called and they were able to help us revert back so that we could process payroll and upgrade at a later date.

There have been numerous times over the course of 10-12 years that I have received great support. They were, however, when I had a dedicated support rep to whom I could reach out via direct phone or email at any time. That went away and although I have requested it numerous times, cannot seem to get it back. (Even though one of my subsidiaries in a different region than 69 with lesser employees does have a dedicated support rep.) Very frustrating!!!

Always! Whenever I have reached out to ADP the support has been amazing. One time in particular, I remember I was trying to run a quickcalc on a check and needed the end result to be a particular net number. Support helped me figure out why my taxes were calculating at outrageous rates and got the issue resolved.

I needed help with bonus checks and I was able to call the support center. Not only did they answer my question, they were able to make a seperate payroll for bonuses with taxes paid. I am now able to create bonus checks with no issue and will continue to use the same way

At one of our first payrolls, we had one of our locations that didn't get the check packet delivered to their location. When I reached out to ADP Workforce Now to ask for tracking information, they immediately responded. They reached out to the carrier who said they could reattempt delivery the next day. This wasn't going to work because the day the location informed us of missing the check packet was pay day. ADP Workforce Now reached back out to the carrier and let them know this was not acceptable and worked with the carrier to get the checks delivered that day.

We had a wonderful rep (there seem to be very few) who demonstrated the Onboarding portal with ADP. They showed us the benefits of the program, how to implement, and tips to optimize. It was one of our best experiences with ADP. We often reach out to this rep to get assistance in other areas and who we should talk to, even though it is not in their job responsibilities, and they are very helpful.

Nope, It is sad that I don't have a single issue where I can say they went above and beyond, because the few times someone did that it was fixing the issues another CSR created. Looking back at the experience with ADP the CSR service received was just the normal you will expect and get with any system.
