Once offline events were impossible due to Covid-19, we moved our startup pitch events (demo days) online. Airmeet was better than Zoom due to the audience interaction features and "stage" which more closely resembled an offline event.
  • Speakers can join a "stage" and can be toggled on and off
  • The audience can interact via chat box, sending emojis and "claps," Q&A with speakers, and 1:1 and group messages.
  • Customized banners and stages with your brand
  • One website for registration + event info + event recap including video replay
  • Lag issues with large attendees across multiple countries
  • Payment has now been changed from monthly or individual events to annual membership plans (not necessary now in 2022)
  • The team should reward and respect long-term users and partners instead of overcharging them.
It's good if you want to use an online platform for events and you don't mind paying high annual fees. Not suitable for SMEs or startups.

  • Registration page + event page all-in-one
  • Ability for 1-3 people to run a whole event for 300 people
  • Great audience participation features
  • We had 80-100 attendees per offline event, and by moving online with Airmeet, we regularly had 200-300 attendees per event.
  • We were able to invite 10x more investors from overseas since it was online
  • Able to quickly and easily market the event with a single link
In the beginning, we chose Airmeet because of its direct outreach. We built a relationship with the team and then created a partnership where we introduced Airmeet first to South Korean companies - us being the first user in the country. Other products are similar, but we chose them because of the partnership and also because the audience engagement features were great.

We use Airmeet daily in our organization. We have a virtual office set up on Airmeet, which we call our E-Secretariat. The biggest problem we are solving through Airmeet is providing a unique virtual experience that mirrors physical venues. It is an exciting platform to host significant events online.
  • The lounge space can be setup the way you want to make the entire space very interactive.
  • Great at holding large scale events and conferences.
  • Features such as backend access to the speakers and internal team members to meet before the session starts is incredible.
  • Number of people that can be added to your organization team at the backend
  • Speed networking interface and customization
  • Booth interaction with attendees
Airmeet is best suited for remote organizations. Organizations with no official working space can easily customize the lounge space on Airmeet to make a virtual office for their team members. Airmeet is also great for organizations that want to hold multi-track conferences and events that would involve a lot of attendees.
  • Lounges space
  • Capacity to organize multi track events
  • Number of attendees that can attend an event
  • Increased our reach to more than 70 countries.
  • Increased the number of attendees from a maximum of 100 to 800.
  • Designated office space has led tot he team bonding better and more seamless communication.
Airmeet has lounge and booth space which both of them don’t have. On Airmeet, you can conduct multi-track events, which is impossible on either Zoom or Google Meet. The organizer control for an event is much better on Airmeet, which helps you keep your conferences or events under control. You can also see attendee behaviors and take steps according to the standard set.

We are an event management agency and use Airmeet to host client events. Airmeet is our number one choice when it comes to events that require high attendee engagement. The ability to bring attendees to the stage really is a selling point for events like awards ceremonies and recognition events. As well, the tables for networking are really appealing to clients who value networking.
  • Networking
  • Engagement
  • Native streaming
  • Ease of use login for attendees.
  • Colour customization of the interface.
  • Chat navigation
I haven't yet tried the full conference mode of Airmeet, but I am eager to give it a shot. At present we mostly use Airmeet for our shorter webinar-style events that focus on attendee engagement. Without having tried the conference capabilities, I always felt Airmeet was less appropriate for education-focused multi-day events, but I suspect my mind will change once I try conference mode.
  • Networking Tables
  • Brining attendees to stage
  • Ease of use
  • The ability to hose smaller events with a low per-attendee cost helps stay on budget.
Airmeet certainly has capabilities that for networking and engagement that I don't feel are matched in other platforms.
