airSlate WorkFlow

Overall there's workarounds for most issues I've encountered. Minor customization options I want may not be a priority if other companies are not seeing the need for that. I can appreciate the way airSlate carefully prioritizes options and listens to their customers.

Depending on the overall use of the automated form/data collected, we switch between airSlate and PDF Filler and DocuSign for automation purposes.

airSlate tends to be the first platform I consider when automating because of the option for bots, but if I need to export the data collected on a mass scale, PDF Filler is better suited for this outcome, or if we need to add person specific documents to a template, DocuSign is better suited for this need.

If airSlate could make mass exporting of all completed slate data easier (and not having to be done a few at a time) or allow for easier upload of person specific documents into an existing template, we could drop the other platforms all together.

The configuration possibilities are seemingly endless! Sometimes it's hard to know where you even want to start.

Sometimes it takes some creativity to make it do what you want. For example, we wanted to send out invoices (docs with no fillable fields), and had to learn how to fake the system out to not send two documents (one to be "filled", one completed). And I have one document that would be better with more page layout options. But for the most part, it seems like if you can imagine it, airSlate can do it.

Very easy to configure and place things where they need to be.

Overall, the flows are super customizable in a way in which we can automate exactly where things need to go based on use-case simply by how some fields are filled out. However, there are some key features we have asked the company to implement over a year ago that have not been added yet. If these features were added, I would almost certainly say 10/10, but until then we cannot use airSlate for customer integration.

Very configurable. We have been able to configure Airslate and their support team is amazing.

airSlate has a lot of integrations which makes it easy for us to connect our software and automate our workflows.

From what I am aware it is. Our Tech support team has worked on the backend of things to have things flow well.

airSlate is probably on of the most configurable e signature platforms that I have worked with. You are able to customize how you send the document out, along with how you receive them, i.e. email, ZIP file, downloaded to drive. It also allows you to use multiple different types of fields in each document.

Limited conditional formatting options in some situations, limited number of widgets available to integrate, fewer options for formatting appearance of forms than is available with other systems.

We had some hiccups when we first started with the automation but after the setup was fixed, we had no issues since. Very easy and helpful.

Because most of the users except Admin users are pretty limited. I would like to be able to allow an employee to send a 1040 signature request on my behalf but unless they are an Admin they cannot create the flow to do that...unless I'm sending the same 1040 multiple times to multiple people which makes no sense for that application.
Workspaces are basically all-in-one areas that cannot be used to efficiently sort or distribute information. I have 40 accounting clients and can't sort ANY of the documents I sent them by workspace so I have to go hunting for them. This makes this platform essentially JUST a signature collecting station and not one for more. The bot automation is also confusing. Everything I set up, even based on notes, MUST be reviewed by support because it never works right for me.

airSlate has many options to tweak and customize the flows you produce, but it does not let you do everything possible. There are limitations to what can be done, and what is in scope for the particular type of flow you are creating. I have had good experience with their support to help find some features that are not immediately apparent at first.

airSlate is very configurable. From the start, airSlate support has been open to hearing from our organization about what changes we would like see or how airSlate could be change to make it more useful for us. We have actually experienced many of the changes we requested.

The forms are really customizable and are very easy to customize. They even have bots that link other tools to airslate to make the forms work even better.

The bots and back-end work is very flexible.
