Airtable is a project management and collaboration platform designed to enable content pipelines, product management, events planning, user research, and more. It combines spreadsheet, database, calendar, and kanban functionality within one platform.https://media.trustradius.com/product-logos/24/DA/0A0EZ9Z74S8G.JPEGAirtable is a great value to our teamWe use spreadsheets quite a lot in our department. Airtable is a tool that combines the simplicity and flexibility of sheets with the possibilities that comes with databases. It gives endless opportunities to display almost any kind of data and relationships across different data sources. All data is accessible within a few clicks and without the hassle of setting up new spreadsheets.,Airtable excels in its ability to display complex data in a simple way thanks to predefined layouts. It is extremely easy to switch between the grid and list layouts when necessary. This would require setting up a new spreadsheet every time. The whole app is easily scalable as our requirements change.,The proprietary nature of Airtable makes the importing and exporting of data an occasional problem. The learning curve for users with no database background. The pricing model is restrictive.,9,Airtable is great for collaboration, it removed the friction of using Excel sheets within our team. We were able to eliminate several tools and replaced them within Airtable, making our data more accessible and in one place. Overall time savings by giving us easier access to our data and fast reports.,9,9,Microsoft Office 365, G Suite and Microsoft Access,Hive, MeisterTask, Workzone, Kanban Tool, WorkflowMax, Teamwork Projects, CoSchedule, Wunderlist, LiquidPlanner, ProjectLibre, AgileCraftFree is always goodRight now we use Airtable for our whole organization. We use it to manage weekly tasks. Every week we look at the Airtable to see what needs to be done and mark off tasks that are complete. We also use it for our influencer management and shipping management. It helps us store key information in all the same place.,Flexibility: there are many view features and different ways you can use the product Integrations: there are so many apps you can integrate it; from Slack to Shipstation Beautiful: it just looks nice to use. Sometimes project management apps are ugly, this isn't,Pricing model: we don't like how we have to pay per user. Calendar view: we wish the calendar view was better, or if there were different types of calendar views. Right now there is just one. Complicated: some parts of the app are a little complicated.,7,It has a free version, so it's a good ROI for us. We haven't been updated to the paid version yet, we don't think it's a good ROI for now, especially since you pay per user. It saves us time finding key spreadsheets, which is a good ROI.,7,3,monday.com, Basecamp and Teamwork Projects,monday.com, Basecamp, Teamwork ProjectsAirTable for a Lean Not-For-ProfitOur micro not-for-profit organization uses AirTable across all our functions—reporting to the executive, dealing with the management of our 6,400sqm site, managing applications for space, roles and events, modeling financial feasibility and storing digital assets alongside timeline functions. AirTable addresses our need for a flexible solution that has a low barrier for entry as all our staff need to be able to feel comfortable and fluent in their interactions.,Allows various users to interpret data specific to their own requirements. For example, our community manager and communications manager can source and distribute content from the same database. Frictionless sharing of digital assets with media and other stakeholders. Survey and user-friendly input systems attached to deeper levels of information that our team uses to guide strategic and operational decisions as well as for CRM purposes.,The differences between the membership tiers are significant and a great deal of functionality is added at the Pro Plan level,10,As a start-up, our key business objective was to save costs and use flexible systems. AirTable is delivering beyond expectation on this objective.,10,10The best for managing your database and projectsOur company is responsible for the distribution and sale of food wholesale, therefore, using software like this to organize, sort and classify our information has been very helpful. You can manage your customer database masterfully in a reliable and productive way. Airtable allows us to establish links between the different fields and categories of our database and use it efficiently for the benefit of the company.,It's an easy to use platform. It is quick to get information to others through links, or by exporting data in CSV files. Spreadsheet appearance makes it easy to handle and manage information. Integrates well with other productivity tools. Payment per month is affordable for small and medium-sized businesses. Easily puts your inventory in order.,The errors that may occur during the use of the platform depend on the knowledge of the information and its configuration, otherwise, I consider it an excellent platform to manage databases.,9,Establishes an order in the organization and management of information. Promotes collaborative and effective work in the execution of projects. Security in the safeguarding of contact and customer information.,9,9,Wrike,Basecamp, Wrike, AsanaBeautiful spreadsheets meet code-free databasesOur small team (Product Content Strategy, four team members) uses Airtable for our internal projects and notes. Personally, I love to use Airtable to document and organize research. For example, researching different CMS options -- Airtable helps me keep track of the features and costs associated with each potential option -- or auditing -- Airtable helps me keep track of usability issues while documenting their locations. I've also used Airtable to help myself accomplish individual tasks, like keeping track of which Help Center articles I have updated.,Airtable looks beautiful. I think it's hands-down the cleanest, most attractive spreadsheet software I've used. It's a joy to scroll through and create content. This also makes it impressive to share with other teams. I love the Kanban view, which lets you move items from the leftmost column to the rightmost column. This view is especially great for keeping track of in-progress and completed tasks. I like the Airtable calendar views, which make it easier to see when tasks are due and stay on top of deadlines. Airtable offers some great templates that make it easier to get started. The block/base structure was easy for me to pick up.,Airtable isn't the absolute best tool for internal team communication. For example, it would be nice if there was a comment section where team members could collaborate and leave comments. It's not that this functionality is totally missing, but it could be much stronger. Airtable may have a bit of a learning curve for some people. When I was learning how to use Airtable, I ended up clicking around a lot because I wasn't always sure what a button/field would do. People coming from more "standard" spreadsheet software might feel like functionality is lacking in some places, although this wasn't an issue for me as a non-expert spreadsheet user. User permissions in Airtable could be more granular. It would be great if you could give someone "Edit" access for only one column, for example, allowing them to make updates without changing the rest of the spreadsheet.,9,Airtable increases my productivity and efficiency -- it's easier to see which tasks I need to work on, and when. Airtable makes it easier to communicate my progress -- it simplifies sharing my work with others. Airtable empowers me to do more by myself -- no coding knowledge necessary to work on a database.,8,7,A highly customizable (and fun to use) multipurpose business toolI used to use Airtable for editorial project management (keeping track of which assignments were due and when, who they were assigned to, status, etc.) but now I use it primarily as a database for managing keyword data for my SEO clients. I also use it personally for my family budget.,Customization. There are a million ways to use Airtable; it's very easy to customize and adapt to your needs. Familiarity. If you've used Excel or Google Sheets, you'll have no problem with Airtable. I prefer it over these tools, however, because of the color-coding and interface style. Value. If you're looking for a budget, multipurpose project management tool, Airtable can't be beat. Price goes up if you have a lot of users, but you can set up a combination of free and paid "bases" to meet your needs so you don't have to pay and arm and a leg for every user.,Restoring deleted records - it's way too easy to accidentally delete something and not realize it! Dashboarding - it would be nice to create custom dashboards that give a high-level view of different things across bases.,9,Scaling - Airtable was what initially took my one-woman business and made it possible for me to manage multiple clients and projects. Speed - I learned it quickly and was able to implement it in my business within days. Better collaboration Automation - Airtable integrates with Zapier, a function I used frequently to notify writers when they had projects assigned to them.,10,8,monday.com,Zapier, Zoom, CanvaAirtable is Great!Currently Airtable is being used as our primary social media scheduling platform. We are trying to address a variety of problems with this. We would like to save time by using Airtable along with have a variety of customization options. We would like a variety of ways to present and classify information and would like something that is easy to understand and learn. Our final problem we are trying to address is a effective and efficient collaboration method for people who are located in a variety of time zones and locations.,Airtable has the best customization features out there. They allow you to customize you spreadsheets or tables in a variety of formats. They allow you to customize a variety of field types, field sizes and various colors. Airtable has a great collaboration feature that makes it easy to share and grant access to tables and a variety of information. Airtable has great compatibilities that allows you to directly upload spreadsheets from excel into a customizable table. This is particularly helpful when looking at models for organizational design and effectiveness (and wonderful to avoid the tedious work of doing this in a PowerPoint or other document). Our use case was narrow because it did not look to the tool for project management.,Once our data was loaded, Airtable allowed us to make multiple versions of our organization chart quickly. Inside of Airtables product, we could switch formats and drag and drop objects quickly. The software did not require a lot of software to be able to use it, but when needed the help center had sufficient information.,It was very frustrating that we couldn't easily print our organizational charts, because organization charts were the main reason we adopted the tool. The lack of printer-rich features made us discontinue the use of the product.,5,Our ROI was low because we needed to be able to share our organization charts, which required access to Airtable for employees who didn't otherwise have a need for the product. Not being able to print the org charts meant that the value was only accessible in Airtable and not exportable. Based on Airtable's help forum, it is unclear whether printable org charts are on their product roadmap.,7,5,Lucidchart,Trakstar, RecruiterboxAirtable - Easier to deploy than SQL database with the benefits of MS ExcelAirtable is being used by 80% of the organization. Due to our company being a start-up, it is hard to invest in building a front-end for our SQL database. When we were solely using the SQL database, it was impossible to track changes made by some developers and, as a result, data was corrupted. Now, the SQL database only has 2 personnel with write access. The others only have read access. This is where Airtable filled in the gap. Airtable is capable of showing the history in each line, who made the changes, and what was changed. If needed, I can revert the changes. Airtable is something like a database combined with Excel, and it has similar capabilities, like Google Forms, where I can create a customized form and publish it on a website for others to fill in. Once submitted, it goes into a table.,Within 1 base, you can link data from multiple tables and manipulate that data to calculate a summary of useful info. For example, if you have different teams working on different parts of a project, with each inputting their own set of data. The manager is able to work out a summary of the info and get a clearer view. That said, it is not an easy task to manipulate the data. You will need in-depth knowledge of database and excel. You can create specific views of each table and provide those views to anyone. This is useful when you want to provide a summary of info (which constantly changes) to outsiders without providing them the detailed input of data. For someone with no knowledge of calculating the data from a SQL database, this is useful. You can also create forms for people to fill in. This is similar to Google Forms. I like this Airtable form because it submits directly to the tables where data can be calculated and integrated with the rest of the tables.,One issue we face was the inability to link bases. So for any calculations to be made, all tables have to be from the same base. So this makes a base very big and potentially dangerous with multiple teams updating different parts of the same base in different tables. If different bases can be linked, there can be more segregation of data and access. I hope this can be implemented in the future. Viewing of a single base with multiple tables is messy. Unlike a SQL database where all the tables are in the left sidebar, in Airtable, the look is more like Excel, where each table is a tab. This gets unsightly when there are over 5 tabs.,8,Before using Airtable, we used solely SQL database. That was bad because, due to being a start-up, we had little to invest in a front-end look for the SQL database. One of our developers updated the info in the database without permission, and that corrupted the data. Moving to Airtable, we were able to retrieve changes and revert if needed. Airtable also allowed us to share data with our partners without having to create dedicated Excel spreadsheets. We could pull data from the existing Airtables and lock it in a certain view and share that with the partners. This helped save us a lot of time.,5,5,MySQL,Asana, Slack, KlipfolioAirtable makes your administrative overhead lighter! We use Airtable as a way to collaborate on specific projects across departments. It helps everyone on a cross-functional team have concurrent visibility into the project, add notes and tags, and track the progress of the various project pieces. We only use it in relation to projects for a specific product. It is not used across the whole organization.,Users across the project can collaborate in real-time, without having to wait for someone to close the document, and without worrying about edits contradicting each other. Airtable allows for easy implementation of functionality like column types, without the complicated and time-consuming functions of Excel required to accomplish the same things. Creating a base and inviting your collaborators is quick and easy. Users can be granted different privileges. The tool is flexible enough to manage many different types of projects, everything from simple action item tracking and tagging to complex details and dates associated with client implementations.,It is frustrating that collaborators cannot view different filters of a base concurrently. This has caused confusion during meetings, i.e. "Who removed my filters?" I wish that adding color to the records was not a paid feature. That seems like very basic functionality compared to all the other functionality included in the free version. It would be nice to have the option to auto-fit the row heights to the text, instead of a fixed row height across the base. That way we could see all the text in each record without having to double-click on some longer ones even in the "Extra Tall" view.,8,We are using the free version, so in that regard, the ROI has been great. Airtable has helped us streamline complex project tracking. We are getting work done faster because we can spend less time setting up our tracking tools and more time actually doing the project work. We have less confusion from the less tech-savvy team members, since this tool is more user-friendly and intuitive than something like Excel.,9,8,,Basecamp, Microsoft Teams, Articulate 360A powerful tool that's easy and fun to useIt's being used by the department that I work in as well as across the organization. It's used to track roadmaps and releases. It keeps everyone in the loop on what we're working, what we have worked on, and what we will work on. It helps us communicate internally within small, independent teams. It helps communicate across teams and with remote coworkers.,Easy to use. Powerful. Fun.,It can be hard to figure out when you are first using it. It's hard to communicate (i.e. make comments).,7,Team collaboration in real-time.,8,8,Trello and JIRA SoftwareAirtable will take your business automation to the next level. We use Airtable for our clients. We optimize and automate business systems and processes using Airtable combined with Zapier. We use it to solve many problems including automatically generating dropbox links and automated emailing of them. As a database used to manage a clients members, their invoicing, stripe reconciling, automated emailing etc.,It has similar functionality to Google Sheets but allows you to do much more powerful data organizing. ie. Relationships between data (which DB devs will know all about but not spreadsheet users). eg. You have a list of students and a list of classes, you want to link those two lists together so you don't have to duplicate lots of data. Also, in terms of data organizing, the fields are a lot easier to customize and lock-in. Instead of using clunky data validation in sheets, Airtable allows you to select all kinds of different field types. Single select, multi-select, phone number, email address, collaborator, checkbox are ones we use regularly. Once paired with Zapier, Airtable's ability to power annoying manual data entry is fabulous! Using views you can trigger Zapier in all kinds of powerful ways.,Pricing per user could get painful. We tend to get around this for small setups by using a generic account. You can still setup up to three people with 2FA security on it fairly easily. We use Airtable with Zapier a lot and sometimes we have some issues with deduplication where a zap won't run because a record has appeared in a view that it's been in before... which is probably great most of the time but sometimes we have to switch the zap off and on to make it work again. ie. If you trigger a Zapier process from within Airtable and then want to trigger that same process the next day, it may not work as it looks like a duplicate. Unlike a "real" relational database Airtable doesn't have a back-end and a front-end, it's more like a "mid-end". This means you can't create a tidy, usable front end for non admins and you can't create granular account permissions. ie. Admin 1 can edit table 1. Admin 2 can edit Table 2. This is the biggest downfall and has been a problem for some of our clients where they need different views for different people with different levels of access. eg. Teacher, admin, student.,10,We've been able to increase the impact of our clients by decreasing their manual admin time. Clients are making less mistakes as more of their data is automatically updated. Creating filter views for reports and then embedding these in Google Sites is also reducing pain and increasing automation.,,Zapier, Trello, Google Drive, Xero, Toggl,Yes,Product Features Product Usability Third-party Reviews,Our selection process worked well.,No,8,No,I needed to set up a workflow for a client that automated some data processes, Airtable provided me with all the steps and example formulas across multiple views to get what I needed.,Filters, sorting, grouping data. A lot more useful and practical than spreadsheets,Formulas are quite painful compared to Google Sheets which highlights which set of brackets you're working within and gives more feedback on whether you've written the formula correctly. Sometimes, I have to build the formula in Google Sheets first to copy across.,Yes,9Incredibly User Friendly Software will Make You a Database DivaAirtable is used in many ways for my whole organization and for working with clients. Filtering data to create specific views.,It's so well designed, I can't really think of any.,Yes,10Drowning in data? Check out Airtable... your data (and team) will thank you!!Airtable is currently being used by our Operations Team as our CRM. As a small non-profit with a matching small budget, we quickly realized the limitations of what was available to us with CRM options. Off the shelf products didn't offer the customization we needed. The customizable bigger solutions were just that, too big for our needs, and often with a big price tag. We'd resorted to using Excel spreadsheets; not a bad solution for us, but a very limited one. Then came Airtable! After watching a few video tutorials, exploring the available templates, and getting inspired by what other users were sharing in the "Airtable Universe" we were quick to realize it would be a very viable solution to our CRM needs. We started with a seamless export of our Excel data into Airtable and started building everything we needed in a system from there. We were impressively up and running a CRM and rolling it out to the Operations Team in a couple of days.,Airtable is easy to use. It has an intuitive interface and plenty of video/help support for what is not. It makes not only organizing your data efficient, but connects that data to everyone on your team in one centralized database. I love that multiple people can be editing the same records at the same time, and Airtable captures it all in real time! Easy to link data between tables. This makes a lot of information available to users with just a few keystrokes - which makes the frustration of hunting down information a thing of the past. Really appreciate being able to use Zapier to connect Airtable to several of our other systems that house data - MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Quickbooks to name a few. Being able to change the data views is one of the bigger fan favorites on our team, whether it is in Grid, Gallery, or Kanban, to grouping and sorting by Field Type. There is something for everyone's needs there.,I can see where being able to connect several bases together within one workspace would be beneficial. Currently, we've created a lot of tables within one CRM base, and in doing so has made it a bit overwhelming (visually) for some of our users. Limits flexibility a bit. The app for the iPhone is solid. The Android app needs some work/an update. The formula functionality between cells is a bit limited (not the depth of say, MSExcel) and not intuitive for all of our user base. The ability to create charts through the "Blocks" options is a great idea, but very limited in it's initial debut. Looking for more features (pie charts, series labels, dual axes, etc.) to be able to create more dynamic charts in the future. I've gotten a browser warning or two about Airtable being "resource heavy." Time will tell if that becomes an issue.,9,Airtable has definitely had a positive impact on our organization. It's helped up organize and manage our client information, keeping it current, accurate, and accessible to everyone on our team, no matter where they are. We are able to be more efficient and client-responsive because of this. It's automated some of the tasks we were performing manually - capturing data that our systems like MailChimp and SurveyMonkey house - and importing it directly into our database through the use of Zapier, thus saving us time and potential data input error. My only "negative impact" comment I'll put out there is that it is just really fun to use - and because of that I've personally "lost" a lot of time spent exploring and being inspired by so many new ways to house other business data! All-in-all, it is keeping us in front of our data, freeing up time and resources, and giving us a better view into running our nonprofit more efficiently and effectively.,Creating tables Linking Data between Tables Changing views through Grouping or Sorting fields Connecting Airtable to other external systems like Dropbox, MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, etc,For some, entering/creating formulas for calculations between fields or tables Using the Android App,Yes,10Airtable brings a lot to the tableWe plan to have all of our employees use Airtable which includes 1 Director, 2 Assistant Directors, 4 Administrative Assistants, 1 Office Facilitator, 1 IT Assistant, 3 Site Managers, 1 Occupational Nurse, and 8 Instructors. We are a non-profit training school for Construction Craft Laborers so Airtable allows us to keep track of our classes, our schedules, our documentation, and our staff and student information in one place, and it also updates in real time for all of us to see. We rely heavily on the Calendar and Grid views to see and keep track of our data. This platform has allowed us to work digitally rather than in paper files which saves us tons of time and money while incorporating an easier way to communicate and collaborate as an organization.,Airtable is incredibly customizable. Its vast selection of fields and features almost guarantees its ability to meet any need. The tutorials are also helpful in teaching you how to use these features in a multitude of ways. Airtable is constantly updating and improving these features as well. Airtable is perfect for collaboration. Airtable's ability to update in real time works excellently for collaborators who frequently edit and update tables. Having the history option also makes it easy to track changes, and it gives you the option to communicate with collaborators within the records themselves. Furthermore, Its notification features alert collaborators to specific records that need attention. You will never lose or overlook information in Airtable. Airtable is visually appealing. Unlike Excel or any other spreadsheet platform, Airtable makes it easy to change the way the data is viewed so that the information is much easier to read and interpret. The variety of view types enables collaborators with different preferences to see and manipulate the same data at the same time. The colors, fonts, and general look of the tables, bases, and workspaces enhance the experience immensely.,The Calendar view should include a single-day and a 1-week view options in addition to the 2-week and monthly views. Our organization adds many events over the same dates and we cannot view them for a single date given the current options. The Calendar view should also include a way to see more information on a single Event. For our purposes, I want to see both columns 1 and 2 displayed in the calendar view so I can see the name of the Event and the staff member we have attached to the Event. It would be nice if we could select how much and which information to display on the Calendar view. Lists. There should be a Lists field option where you can add multiple new "items" (names for our purpose) and it will add up the number of items on the list and display that information (or have a lookup feature for that information). We would like to then be able to use a function to subtract the number of items on that list from our maximum allowed (in a separate numbers column) to see the number of items (names) we have available. For the Checklists feature, it would be useful to see how many check boxes in a record have been marked complete out of the number of check boxes there are total. We want to be able to link that information to another table to track how complete a record is and/or how many check boxes have not yet been completed. I would like it if we could set a default time for dates. For example, most of our Events fall from 8am to 4:30pm. I would like to be able to set a default so that those times are automatically loaded in Events so I don't have to use the incredibly long drop down menu every time I create an Event. I want the ability to wrap text for the Header row only. I want to be able to see the entire title of the column without having to have a very long column width for the entire table. I wish collaborators could filter views without effecting everyone else's filters. Each person should be able to create their own views and filters while also having the option for communal views/filters. I want the option to give a collaborator with Read-Only status the ability to view only records that are looked to that specific collaborator. We use Airtable for scheduling and we don't necessarily want everyone to see everyone else's schedules. This would be the decision of the Owner(s).,10,Our organization is excited to say that Airtable has improved our daily work processes immensely. We have saved much time and energy by switching to this platform; it is well worth the investment. Attitudes have improved since implementing this software since our tasks have become so much easier and faster to complete. Being able to see our data in Airtable (rather than in paper files) and also communicate within the records alleviates much stress for us. We spend less time hunting for information and we now have a system to track file changes which eliminates confusion.,Wrike, Trello, Zoho Projects and Asana,Microsoft Office 365, Slack,Adding and customizing fields Creating and customizing views Adding collaborators,Adding specific filter combinations Learning how to view history and undo Finding/Re-opening the chat screen after it has been closed,Yes,9Airtable is Amazing (and a Google Doc killer)We're using Airtable for a variety of methods; we're using it in the marketing department for tracking, data storage, content creation management and scheduling, etc. The department using it is basically able to use this in lieu of several programs, including Google Docs, Scrivener, Asana, Evernote and more.,Amazing templates; never have I seen a company devote more time to creating usable, relevant and creative templates spanning across . You won't find a company that has released this many usable templates from the start ... and continuing to put out good ones! Great color options, image options and customization to the databases. Easy importability. I was able to bring over my current Google docs and Excel docs with ease.,I think greater customization is probably the only area I'd recommend. It's disappointing that more color options aren't available, it would be nice to be able to choose any web color and roll with that. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend much else.,10,We just started using it, but I will not be renewing my subscription to Asana.,Asana,Asana, Google Drive, Assembla Workspaces,Customization Importing Usability,None.,Yes,10

Airtable is a fast and well-thought-out tool for managing data regardless of its scale and scope. It is able to handle all requests, unlike the typical spreadsheet, making it an invaluable tool that provides results almost immediately.

It's very beautiful to use, which makes usability easy. However, there are some complicated features of the platform, which makes it hard to use. It took a while to learn all the features, some things weren't as intuitive to use. But overall, it's very good. As mentioned previously, it's a better version of Google Spreadsheets.

There is a learning curve with Airtable that some people or teams might find difficult. Because Airtable is both spreadsheet software and a database, people who are used to traditional spreadsheets might experience some frustration or confusion. Once you understand how to use Airtable, though, usability is one of its great strengths.

I think its usability is great! We don't use all that is has to offer just because we don't need to. What we do use it for it works perfect and I wouldn't want to change much other than the amount of space to insert captions.

Airtable has fantastic usability. I personally am fair when it comes to most technologies off the bat. I can understand a lot after being taught but most take me a little when I am teaching myself. Airtable was EXTREMELY easy to use off the bat. It was easy to understand or quickly figure out answers to my questions if i ever felt confused. Someone who has little technological experience could figure out Airtable quite easily.

It's such a friendly program to use, and there's just so many resources available to people trying to learn it or build new things. Their support is great, and they make it easy to find answers to your questions. It's easy to use but difficult to master, that might be a better way to put it.

This tool is a little complicated because of all the features it has, but I would say that it's well worth the learning curve. It has some great features for collaborating as a team, keeping track of projects, knowing when each project is due and who it needs to be sent to, etc.

Airtable is pretty easy to use. I find it easier than excel and a tad harder than google sheets. However, it has a great online forum and I have found answers to any Airtable questions I have had through an online search.

For simple database storage, Airtable is awesome and easy to use. With the integrated online forms, you can create questionnaires or submission forms for easy storage into the database.
The difficult part is combining data from different tables to pull out useful information. This requires more reading and experimentation to accomplish the type of insight we would like to get from the data. It is not the easiest to program the automatic calculations, but once done it is useful.

Overall I find the user interface and experience to be very intuitive and simple. It is easy to find the features you need and change settings as needed. The main complaint I have is the complexity of allowing base users to see different views/filters of a base at the same time. Right now that process is clunky, especially during meetings when people are trying to collaborate.

As I said, it's AMAZING, incredibly flexible -- totally intuitive, requiring almost no learning curve. I love that because it makes it easy to share with clients, without them having to learn how to use it.

Airtable has a plethora of features that suit our needs, although there are little things that could be improved to make it perfect. I believe Airtable is actively working to improve their product so I have every confidence that Airtable is the perfect choice for our purposes.
