What is Akita?

Akita is a Customer Success Management Platform designed to help you nurture, retain, and grow your customer base.

The platform connects to over 100 of the leading Software-as-a-Service tools–from ActiveCampaign to Zuora–providing Customer Success Managers with one unified view of their customer data.

According to the vendor, Akita has a powerful segmentation tool at its core, enabling you to group your customers by lifecycle stage, behavior, engagement, and a whole lot more. From there you can build a scalable Customer Success program by defining tasks and targets for each step of the customer journey, or whenever a customer needs a little extra attention.

To ensure no customers fall through the cracks, Akita offers a customizable scoring system–indicating the health of each account. Intelligent alerts notify your Customer Success team before a customer is at risk of churn and signal when an account upgrade might be in order.

Akita also triggers Customer Success "playbooks" in response to these alerts and features a review section where you can track your customers' business goals. The aim is to provide CSMs with a step-by-step plan to help achieve the very best outcome possible with each customer.

Keep your entire organization in the loop with Slack notifications or our two-way CRM sync and measure the performance of your Customer Success team with advanced admin reporting tools.
