As an export company, our website has a global audience. However, many visitors are enthusiasts and not actual buyers.

We use Albacross to help us determine the lead potential of our website visitors so we can better determine how to use our limited reach-out resources. So, for us, Albacross functions as part of the sale and marketing team.

Albacross is unobtrusive for the site visitor and fairly easy for us to manage from a central online dashboard. While Albacross also has workflow and campaign features, we have only used the leads feature - even this is a worthwhile investment for us.

A few years ago, Albacross was still a little bit 'clunky' and the incoming data sometimes to organize well; however, Albacross has continued to develop the service and it is a lot more intuitive and easy to use now.

It's well-suited to small companies without a dedicated sales force. It helps collect, organize and analyze leads.

Perhaps, it adds value to larger teams too, but it has certainly been a valuable addition to us early on in the business when build lead lists and client lists were more challenging.

I'm not sure what the current pricing structure is, but it was good value for us at the time of purchase 2 years; pricing has not increased for us since then. So, again, for smaller teams or teams with a limited reach out budget, this may be a suitable option.
  • A single sale for us can be worth a large sum, so even one or two leads a year makes Albacross a good investment for us; however, we've found hundreds of leads over the years.
  • Albacross has helped us be more strategic with lead management as it curates leads in accordance with our objectives / targets, i.e., it forces us to consider link between potential lead and core business so we can better use and align resources

I use Albacross for our company and our clients. As we run ABM campaigns, it is mandatory to know what accounts engaged with the ads and visited website. Albacross successfully solves this challenge.

As well, they have good data accuracy and easy setup.

Albacross is a good software but costs more than Leadfeeder. If you are not limited by budget, then I'd go with it.

Albacross is a lead generation tool that helps us identify who's visiting our website. It's not your typical cold outreach lead gen tool. It's a tool that records web visits from companies. It's a great way to find who your visitors are and where are they coming from. It provides analytics of where they are coming from and their organization. You can also extract contact info if the company is big enough.

Albacross is best for B2B companies. It's a great source of lead gen to find potential customers who are visiting your site. Usually, you don't know who is visiting your site. With this tool, you can find which and what kind of companies are visiting. Your site should at least have a decent amount of traffic before using this. Great for marketing companies.

I selected Albacross because it has better UI/UX and provides better data retrieval from visitors who are visiting your website.

We use Albacross for the whole export department of the organization. Albacross helps us see who visited our website, what pages they viewed and how long they stayed on our website.
  • Weekly alert emails of new activity.
  • Company profile, address, and an email list of contacts of site visitors.
  • Detailed analysis of which pages were visited and how long. This is very insightful.
  • It would be nice to have a direct link on the page that visitors have viewed, so I could quickly check out the site myself.
  • It is hard to copy-paste the link on the viewed pages report to actually see which page has been viewed.
  • A little complicated to use the whole software when you get started, no clear explanation of concepts.
Albacros is fantastic if you need to know who is visiting your website so you can spot potential clients or competitors and you can see what parts of the website they spend time on and how much. It has a rating system on the visitor's activity, so you can zoom in on the people who spent more time on the site.

Albacross is the only solution that actually shows the profile of the site visitor if it's a company. This is priceless.

I installed Albacross in order to track website visitors better and get more information for account-based marketing planning. It is used across the whole organization. The main problem it solves is it provides insightful information on what is normally unknown website visitors and helps to inform marketing strategy for our company.

  • Provides host server information of website visitors which allows us to identify potential sales opps.
  • Makes account-based paid marketing more efficient.
  • No way to delete or block website visits from your own server or known users within your organization.
Albacross is well suited for a start-up or business investing in account-based marketing that is looking for a cost-effective solution for improved website tracking for lead generation. The product wouldn't be useful for scenarios where a company does not spend regular time tracking and reviewing leads generated from a website.

I'm not aware of Albacross competitors because I discovered the product randomly and decided to test it out with my surplus marketing budget in 2018. I selected the product because it was on sale and have no experience with other website tracking/lead gen products other than Google Analytics which does not provide much data at the user-level.
