It's not being used by the department, but I tried using it personally and it looks fine. It monitors website ranking, content updates and makes sure all contents are safe and well copyrighted. It even detects other technical glitches It also track websites pages making sure that visitors are exactly directed to where they go.

It works on incidents in the website and suggests solutions. It also responds to solutions being improved by the users. But it has [a] delay on alerts to users regarding site rankings, page problems, and content errors. Email and text messages updates are good, but it has to be improved a bit.

Alternatives Considered
As I have reviewed previously. It offers more positive and friendly stuff when it comes to its application. It doesn't redirect visitors elsewhere and also gives updates when the website is being tampered or hacked. Even though there is a delay on updates but the good thing is, it suggest solutions to every incident.

It is well suited for a business that wants simplistic web monitoring of their websites. It does a great job of alerting depending on how you fine-tune the timers.

Alternatives Considered
It was selected prior to me, but it does the job of yesteryear but will be looking to change in a few months to a different solution.
